I cannot express how grateful and relieved I am that Tyson, the owner of A Connecting Pointe, took the time to read and investigate my review/grievance and resolved the issue. He genuinely cares for his clients, and he and Delaney have both actively shown the utmost professionalism, integrity, and desire to help. They have helped me navigate through this very intimidating time/process, and I now truly feel like I have a full understanding and the necessary support needed to move forward successfully. I can now confidently say that A Connecting Pointe is a place where people can go to feel comfortable and confident in getting the help they need! They actually take the time to listen, discuss, and offer constructive ideas to their clients, and they treat you with fairness and respect. Thank you Tyson and Delaney, you are immensely appreciated!

Megan Waters is the most degrading, hostile, and immature person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I have never experienced a more tactless, condescending, and unnecessarily overly aggressive person in my entire life. I do not expect pleasantry during these appointments, but I do expect a level of professionalism that is clearly nonexistent with her. I also do not expect to be literally screamed at while both her office doors are open and there are people in the waiting room and workers in the back of her office that can hear her shouting at me and threatening me with jail. I have never felt so dehumanized in my life. When trying to ask constructive questions I am met with sarcasm and further combative shouting. (For example- I politely asked for confirmation of a protocol she had stated earlier. Her response was to loudly reply “You don’t HAVE to do anything. I can just issue a warrant and get you arrested instead!!!”.) I have noticed that the outside of the building states that it is monitored by surveillance, and implore the supervisor/owner to watch the recording at roughly 10:50 am of 10/2/23- as her literal yelling was heard not only by the people inside the building with both doors to her waiting area (with people in it) and back office (where there were more people) wide open, but also other people outside of the building including my driver and two strangers who remarked “she really railed you in there, didn’t she?” as I was walking out the door… Again, embarrassing, dehumanizing, and unnecessary. She has also changed the stipulation of when her payment is to be received twice now, yelled at me about not having paid her, and offers no counsel whatsoever in any aspect, only further confusion in the entire process. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. I recommend that all people avoid this place if possible.
