I really loved my therapist Candice which is why there are any stars at all, but the billing department ruins this for me and they really need to get it together. When I make payments, they are not applied to my account and they tell me I have some astronomical amount due, come to find when I call them, they haven’t applied my payments, so there is less due than they told me. If I wasn’t paying attention they would be cheating me out of hundreds of dollars by now over the course of 5+ years on and off I have been there. This time around, they told me I had $50 due so I called and asked, the rep said there were payments I made that weren’t applied, and after she applied them, my bill was now $175…. That makes no sense. They are saying on their billing statements that I have not made any payments since June, which I don’t believe is accurate at all. I feel like Denova continuously scams me.

I moved to Arizona recently from out of state because I was told there’s better mental health help here than all of the previous states I have lived in. I’m trying to get my teenager help, and the insurance in the state covers almost nothing. We have recently been seen by this clinic, And have absolutely gotten no help at all. Extremely inefficient staff that does not want to work, no calls back, and emails that are not Answered in the Portal weeks later. My teenager needs labs done, and I have still not gotten any answers as to win and where we could get that done. When calling staff, and asking for answers, I was met with extreme frustration and attitude, because they didn’t want to do their job. This place is awful!

I an very happy with the care and treatment I've received with Denova over the last 2 years. I especially appreciate the online appointments and quick response when something urgent comes up. I've had great success in therapy, recovery and balancing my life and health concerns as a patient with this campus specifically

Holy cow, Denova uses a 3rd party to handle their medical records. Between Denova and HealthMark, it has been like pulling teeth to get what we need. So disappointed in them. Denova blames HealthMark, and they blame Denova. Loved Denova until this, it ruins it for us!! Sadly going to have to find a different provider. Shame on you for this Denova.

Someone needs to contact me immediately to discuss the medical neglect and obstruction of care my mother is receiving under the care of one of your Providers. I have written a formal letter and cannot find an email on your website to send it to. This is urgent and needs to be addressed promptly. Please provide me an email to get in touch with you guys so that we can find a solution. There needs to be accountability taken for this as my mother's well being is being jeopardized and I am sick of watching it happen. The doctors seem friendly enough so far, but the waiting for an hour past the appointment is a bit ridiculous. Especially when they'll cancel your appointment if you're 10-15 minutes late.

I missed an appointment because I was dealing with my mother after her stroke and Elizabeth Manzincherry (unsure of spelling) cut me off my meds cold turkey. I didn't realize how that altered my character until I had already been scammed out of $80,000. She ruined my life.
