I came from Planned Parenthood and nothing beats Crescent Care. My Dr, Dr. Fondren is amazing and listened to all my conecerns. Gale has also been a huge help to help me get all my information for top surgery and name change. Amalia has also been an amazing help regarding appointments, etc. I’m confident I chose the right place for my transition journey. I 10/10 recommend Crescent Care!!

Such a great place, called and walked in for diagnosis all within 2 hrs, Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. So caring and attentive, these are Amazing people here! I'm a 56 year old lady. Crescent Care on Elysian Feilds has the most compassionate kind cheerful professional staff I have ever encountered in my whole life. Receptionists were all welcoming consistently each visit. Miss Shannon case manager is thorough. Dr. Kalayjians receptionist is is light hearted and encouraging.The doctor did a great job discussing every detail of my history to determine my needs. Further, the communications portal is updated clearly ,promptly and accurately. I highly recommend Crescent Care for professional compassionate care.

I do not recommend their pediatric services. Dr odoms had me do a breastfeeding consultation with a dietician who had clearly never done one before and knew less about it than I did. It was incredibly awkward and I suspect it was to give her friend some income while she was on maternity leave. Which would have been fine except I was having real issues with breastfeeding and could have benefited from someone who was actually proficient in that field. I changed to a different pediatrician after there were some heavy metal exposure issues and she refused to retest my childs levels. I was able to go somewhere else and have a test done that day. I wish I had changed practitioners when I first had misgivings. The front desk staff were always lovely and the facility is clean and welcoming. But I absolutely do not recommend trusting Dr odoms with the well-being of your child.

Honey, let me tell you about CrescentCare on Elysian Fields because they quite literally saved my sanity when I rolled into town. I waltzed in fresh off my move, full of anxiety about how the hell I was gonna handle medical care in a brand new state. Next thing I know, I’m being whisked away to Cheryl, who is an angel on earth. Sweet, patient, and somehow magically got me signed up for Louisiana insurance and approved the very same day. Who does that? Cheryl does that. Fast forward a few days and I’m sitting with Dr. Eric and his fabulous nurse Sammy, who both deserve medals for being kind, thorough, and making me feel like a human being instead of a walking medical file. Within two weeks, I was texting my doctor’s office like we’re besties, got started on Cabenuva, and finally stopped losing sleep over how I was going to take care of my health. Truly incredible service that made me feel safe and seen. Now, listen… parking is an absolute circus, so prepare yourself for that little New Orleans nightmare. But once you’re inside? Worth every parking-induced swear word. Five stars for CrescentCare. Minus five stars for no parking lot.

I went in to get an STI screening, and they treated both my daughter and I with so much understanding, compassion, empathy, and respect. Everyone from reception to nurses to doctors here are so, so valuable to this community (and friendly and kind). We were informed of every resource they had available for her (and SO many resources), and we were sent home with the best feeling because we are in the best care. I want to emphasize how valuable of a resource and how important this Clinic is to the New Orleans community. Thank you, CrescentCare. ❤️

Everything in one place with kind providers. It's difficult to call them so you have to go in person to make appointments and I always have trouble with the billing department.
