Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

We were pretty desperate when we got to Pathway. After going down a mental health roller coaster that included in-patient stays and many diagnoses and medications, we ended up realizing that our daughter’s substance abuse was more of an issue than we thought it was. We took action immediately and started the Pathway program. It has turned her life (and ours) around. Her start was rocky because she wasn’t committed to quit yet but the amazing team of counselors stood by her side and supported her throughout her journey, even when she had to do another in-patient stay to get the substances out of her system. During that time, she committed to herself to get sober and requested to go back to the Pathway IOP after she got out. It was her choice, and that’s what got her sober. She has been sober for 7 months and is back to her awesome self. This wouldn’t have happened without the support of the program. We still attend the parent meetings every week, which have taught us so much and we’re better parents for it. This group has no judgments because we’re all going through similar things and are learning from each other and the amazing staff. We also love the social program they put on each weekend as it keeps her with a community of sober kids, and they know how to have a good time! The Pathway team, who are all recovering alcoholics/substance abusers, is devoted to the kids and to keeping them sober. During the darkest days, we were so grateful that we could reach them at all times to guide us during difficult situations. They are so incredibly knowledgeable because they lived it themselves. Even though her IOP has ended weeks ago, she continues to participate in the program (for free!) by attending meetings twice a week and joining the social events every weekend. Her counselor also continues to meet with her frequently to make sure she’s working her steps and staying on the right path. We’re so incredibly thankful we found them.

I’ve realized just how important it is to a supportive community-a place where we can connect with other who “get it” and are walking similar paths; people who prioritize sobriety and personal growth as a way of life. This is what Pathways has brought to both my son and me. Their amazing teen/young adult program has helped my son to a clear path of sobriety, and for me it has helped me with a relationship I did not know I could have. With so many programs being an in and out treatment, Pathways has changed the game, a long commitment and a change of life was the only way my developing teen was going overcome his addiction. We had a few experiences with other programs, but Pathways is the only program who showed my child how to be sober and still live a full life. Pathways also showed my husband and I that parenting an addict can be done with love and grace, instead of the anger and resentment I walked in with. Each counselor is amazing as they are truly living what they are teaching, and activities are perfect to keep a teen or young adult occupied when truly needed. The community and friendships that my son has made through this program has truly saved his life. The parent group has shown us that we are not alone and the supported us through the rough times and celebrated when times are good.

Took my son to Pathways a few years back. He was doing pot. He met a girl there she got him hooked on heroin. 8 yeas later he is still fight heroin. Pathways takes your money and nothing else. Awful place. It is a money grab

As a 16 year old I’m sure I would have rated it higher. I loved being bummed cigarettes by my step 2 counselors and staying up late partying. I couldn't see the rest until later. I didn’t realize my parents had been asked to shell out $18,000 out of pocket for treatment and then some. Definitely subtracting a star for all the nickel and dimining. Oh, and I didn’t realize how much the trauma therapy would cost in my 20s either! But please, make your own educated decision. There are about 30 something news articles about this place and affiliated ones spanning decades.

Not great. I came out with more problems than when I went in. I stayed for the whole 2 years. Also, most of the reviews that are 5 stars are counselors posting their 5 star ratings. Don't trust these people.

Horrible program. Do your research! They have bad reviews taken down and fake 5stars posted by staff.

Got sober here in 2018. Great program for young people. Staff cares & knows what they are talking about. Outpatient/rehab is rarely a fun experience but the Pathways program does an excellent job of making it as fun and supportive as possible
