Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I gave this one-star review because I was set up for a appointment and I come here for my appointment a little early only to be told that the team is on the field nobody is upstairs but nobody called me nobody emailed me nothing! That is so wrong especially coming from a place that supposed to help you

I called a few weeks ago and was transferred to a case manager to ask about HIV care, she was very rude when giving me instructions and kept talking over me. I asked if I can get an appointment since I’ve been out of care but she refused even after I told her that my doctor passed away and the office was now closed. She was rude and unprofessional. I asked if there was another case manager that i can speak to since she was rude, and she said no she is the only one and is the case manager supervisor. I asked to speak with the manager and she also declined…. I just decided that if I have to deal with her, I rather get care somewhere else. DO NOT GET CARE HERE! I will be reporting her.

A few days ago, this supervisor at the clinic door (third floor) was super rude to me. I asked if they could do a pregnancy test, and she just snapped at me like, “No, we only see people with HIV.” She didn’t even let me finish talking, didn’t look me in the eye, and just walked away. I was honestly shocked. I only tried to speak Spanish ’cause she looked Latina, but she just said, “I don’t speak Spanish,” and that was it. She told me she’s a supervisor, but honestly, she doesn’t act like one, her attitude was very unprofessional.

I'm writing this because I've received many calls to link to Prep, and I would never do it again in this place. Firstly, I want to let u know that it does not matter if you are right as an employee regarding clinical guidelines or the knowledge you have because you went to university your input will simply be dismissed. This is because the RW case m. controls the administration, and the nursing scope of practice, as well as other areas, is simply not recognized. This is extremely dangerous. One of the common practices is that this c.m, who has nothing to do with nursing practice, is possibly the only one to respond if there is a code. In addition, she manipulates situations by sending emails to employees, then easily recalling them and covering herself, using tricks in her favor, which is unhealthy for the work environment. All of this stems from a case involving a misdiagnosed patient; in the records appears “Hyt,” apparently the case manager blamed herself. The harassment by this employee toward her coworkers is unimaginable, and all in plain sight of the administrators who do nothing. My desire has always been to take the clinic to another level during my time there, providing good treatment to everyone both clients and employees. Creating a harmonious environment allows for better service. Unfortunately, the problems caused by that particular employee made this impossible. Among these issues is the attitude of acting as if she owns the building, which is often seen in people with bipolar disorder. However, none of this can be acknowledged by the administrative staff, simply because they have no clinical knowledge Many of my clients have approached me to let me know how uncomfortable they feel being treated there and about the long waiting times to get bloodwork and HIV tests. For this reason, I have redirected them to the place where I am currently receiving treatment.

I have mixed feelings on NJCRI. I went here on and off for about 3 years, and there are truly some wonderful people who work here. But the big problem is that employees are just casual and disaffected towards the seriousness of the issues that bring people here. There is a lot of chaos. The psych department is a mix as well. There is a heavy focus on addiction, but not a lot of organization. Employees here are again, very desensitized. I had a professional here tell me someone ODd right in his office, and he was laughing about it. I know Newark has a huge problem with addiction, but professionals need to do better and keep it professional. There is a lot of unprofessionalism in Newark with public health agencies, and a lot of people fall through the cracks. Some of these people really need to do their jobs better.
