Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

They don't really help you with mental illness. You just sit around a table doing arts and crafts will the Therapist reads out of book.

I stayed here in 2017 as a 12 year old child. This place was so awful. It took them 5 days to look through my bag and I had to wear huge scrubs until then, they had ripped and the slippers were soggy and wet but that's all they had apparently. No soap in the showers and they threw away the baby soap that was in my bag so I couldn't bathe. no clean towels, no rag. Some days we didn't get lunch for some reason. Food was delivered in styrofoam containers and were shaken before arrival, so we'd have eggs and canned peaches mixed together. No blankets to sleep with. Told me they were rooming me by myself because I was younger than everyone else and they thought I'd get SA'd by another person. When I finally got my bag a day before I left they threw away all my soap and deoderant even though I brought stuff that was alcohol free and followed the rules. Everything about this place was terrible except the other patients there. This place needs to be closed down and I hope no other child has to go through that, but after looking at the other reviews it seems like they're known for it at this point. It may be 8 years later but I still recognize how terrible that place was. Send your kids/go to Brentwood or something instead, anywhere else but here.

Working here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you have a work ethic, basic respect for others, or just want to do your job without drama, this place will drain the life out of you. Instead of supporting employees, they tear down anyone who tries to do well. The behavior here is beyond unprofessional. It honestly feels like being trapped in a toxic high school all over again constant gossip, cliques, immaturity, and petty jealousy. There’s a serious “pull-you-down” mentality; if you show effort or competence, they will go out of their way to undermine you just to make themselves feel better. I also had major concerns about substance issues being overlooked. It seemed like questionable behavior and obvious red flags were ignored as long as the person was part of the “friend group.” Leadership doesn’t lead they enable and protect bad behavior instead of addressing it. On top of that, inappropriate comments and unprofessional flirting happen openly, and nobody in authority does anything about it. No boundaries, no standards, and no accountability. This job left me mentally and emotionally exhausted every single day. The environment is toxic, disrespectful, and honestly just ugly to be around. If you value your sanity, your self-respect, or even just a normal workplace, do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.

This place is an absolute nightmare to work for. If you’re a hardworking, decent person who actually tries, they will tear you down for it. Management has zero professionalism, zero respect, and absolutely no control over the environment. Bullying and harassment are treated like normal behavior here. The staff and leadership act like a bunch of high schoolers petty, vindictive, and obsessed with bringing others down rather than doing any actual work. There’s a serious “crab in a bucket” mentality if someone is doing well, the first instinct is to sabotage, mock, or belittle them. Hard work and decency are punished while chaos and favoritism are rewarded. On top of that, there are real concerns about substance use being ignored. Certain people who clearly should not be in leadership are treated like they can do no wrong, and questionable behavior is tolerated as long as you’re part of their inner circle. Inappropriate comments, boundary-crossing “jokes,” and uncomfortable flirting happen constantly, with leadership doing nothing. Professionalism does not exist here at all. I left every day mentally drained and disgusted. This place doesn’t support or grow employees it destroys morale, self-respect, and sanity. If you value your mental health or basic human dignity, stay as far away from this place as you can.

I had to come from Arkansas to pick up Austin Mitchell Mo. The people there very qualified to do business. Very nice, very polite smiles on her face. Miss palette really does a great job very experienced. Very nice. I have no complaints with none of them. People over there. I respect you. God bless you and keep up the great work. I love you very much. Thank you for everything you've done for me.

INHUMANE is the only word to describe this place. The staff is AWFUL and treat the patients worse than you can even imagine. I watched techs taunt and harass other patients just to make them flash out and get sedated. It’s like a game to some of them. They have zero empathy for anyone. They have 19 and 20 year olds working there that have fun picking on the patients. It’s sad and disgusting. The food is literally inedible and always cold. There are no hygiene products and they don’t let you bring any with you. There is hand soap and that is what you have to wash your hair and body with as well, not to mention NO HOT WATER. freezing cold showers and a freezing cold facility. It’s too cold in there to even sleep and they won’t allow anyone to have an extra sheet. The bathrooms are locked and I cant count how many times I asked to use the bathroom and was told NO! People peeing on themselves left and right because they can’t hold it and the techs let them sit in it until it dries so the smell in there is AWFUL! I can’t believe it’s even legal to run a facility so poorly. I have absolutely no good things to say about this place other than the ONE empathetic tech named mason that is way too good to be at such a shitty place.

I hope you or your loved ones NEVERRRR end up here! It’s nothing but a holding cell! When I arrived to pick up my loved one she looked like she had been in the wilderness! If you read this website it’s ALL LIES! They gave my loved one an outpatient service where the doctors and therapist are on vacation and wont return until September! I spoke with a therapist named Cheryl or Shirley and the Discharge guy named Warren and nobody has gotten in touch with me about GIVING MY LOVED ONE ANOTHER REFFERRAL! The doctor also KNOWLINGLY gave her MEDS that were ALREADY PRESCRIBED to her that DIDN’T WORK! The website is worded with so much care, compassion, and concern but it’s ALL LIES! When I was on the phone, sometimes I heard quarreling and staff screaming at the patients! I couldn’t wait until my loved one got out of that holding cell of a hot dam prison!
