Very unprofessional treat people like they are dirt. I agree don’t waste your time they make it worse and put your family members in danger by refusing to take them to where they need to be. They can ask you anything but don’t ask them because they don’t have to give you their name or anything else. Rude as hell

I give 2 stars because The Crisis Line was supportive when I was Homeless ... but Warmline needs to be up front about what Company they work for before asking a Birthdate ( which is normally used for Billing )

21 minutes waiting on the warm crisis line before hanging up and calling 988 where my call was picked up by someone with nothing more to contribute than, " that's a lot" when I shared my concerns. It sounded like I was speaking with my high school senior, scrolling on their phone while texting one of 20 group chats, asking what the plan is for next Friday, as I pour my heart out. This really should be your very last resort for help after calling everyone else you know. If SI or HI, this really would have been a crisis waiting on thei lne before they will send the crisis team to you. You're better off calling 911 because the cops are the response no matter the number you choose. Sad excuse for a support service.

I have to agree with many others. I think I was treated very badly when you request your employee file and they refuse to give it to you... It makes them look very suspicious. They also don't want to show their employee handbook to anyone. Seems strange and suspicious on their part again. What is it they are hiding?

I am on hold with the Warmline ... Many of the people are nice ... but if you expect more than feedback like "that's nice" and then ... you have 2 minutes then ... your time is up then this is not a place for you
