I've only been going here for about 3 weeks so far. The 3 weeks I've been here has been awesome. From the time you come in the door and talk to the nicest receptionists and then make your way down the hall to another great person who checks for drug screenings. (Checks to see if you need to pee in a cup). Then you make your way to the dosing window. Where again you come face to face to two nice nurses who dispense your medication. Then your out the door. Unless you have a appointment with your counselor. In my case, my counselor seems to be one of the coolest people I've met there so far. Everyone I've talked to there has been awesome, She's just the coolest, LoL 😜. So after all that, it's a pretty cool place. I think I'm going to like it here. Thanks for listening, LoL... The nurses that administered are medication are great at what they do, they will go above and beyond for you! Also I love the front desk receptionists, they also care and treat you like a person that is in recovery.

Worst most dysfunctional business I've ever dealt with . They dont make you feel like they care about the patients or their recovery at all constantly changing rules and being inconsistent. I left that first review 2 yrs ago and unfortunately I still go there and even more unfortunately nothing I said in my first review has changed. It’s gotten worse in fact with these “devices” they make u take home and then give u consequences for stuff u don’t even know you did wrong. It’s crazy. Haven’t had a counselor in probably a year. I’ve seen a couple friends there die and although I can’t blame the clinic totally I can whole heartedly say they don’t do much to help. Rumor has it go to therapeutics if u wanna use cuz they don’t kick u out for dirty drops ever. But they sure will enforce their stupid box policy and not give u your Sunday take home due to nothing you did. Sorry to be so honest but hey they asked for the review!

I have been a patient here for 5 years. I absolutely love the people that I work with. They have helped me in all aspects of recovery and being " friends" The only reason I give it 4 ★ is bc they have been short handed and it hasn't been the same since a few people quit working there. I wish that staff was more stable and stayed working there.

The owners do NOT have your best interest in mind. The rest of the staff if great, as long as they stay, but admin is a nightmare. Even if you do everything right, you will be penalized, getting take homes is a joke, your counselor will only be there for a few months at best and yeah..there has to be much better places around here. This place just doesn't care about its clients

Place is decent. Employees are nice and for the most part, they understand your needs and do their best to fullfil them.
