Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Ridiculous that I have even been sent here. Maybe it is a Nebraska thing. I have been taking the same script for years that was prescribed and refilled by my PCP. All of the sudden I move to Nebraska and they want me to see psych to get my medications. That makes no sense. Now I have to quit a medication I have been on for over 10 years cold turkey which has fatal side effects and they could care less. Maybe moving back to Iowa is the solution because CHI is not.

I've been a client for about 6 months and Peter Cusumano is a wonderful therapist. I'm very comfortable speaking with him and always feel more relaxed after our visits. We are able to speak about so much more than the usual therapist and patient topics. I hear stories about his life and a lot of things we share in common. I'm able to get things unloaded, but I also feel like I'm visiting with a friend. I've seen a few therapists in my time and most were all business and very scripted. I knew right away Peter (Pete) is genuine and has true concern for people as a whole. I look forward to continuing to work with someone who takes the time to listen to what I say and genuinely cares. Thank you, Pete.

Looking through the reviews here on Google, I was surprised how awful they were. I recently was seen by Kacy Walther APRN, and had a wonderful experience. She actually listened to me and understood what I needed for my anxiety. I would definitely recommend her.

This is going to be a hard NO for me. I actually thought Marie Ganiev, APRN was going to be a good psychiatrist my first two visits but I quickly realized she is your garden variety psychiatrist. Do these mental health care providers understand we struggle that's why we are coming to them for help. She honestly made me feel in my third appointment as though I was unable to receive the help I needed due to my outer exterior I built to protect myself from lifelong trauma. Also, I am extremely sensitive to medications & I worry about the side effects due to my anxiety, and after one medication she prescribed me she more or less dismissed me from trying anything else saying I wouldn't take them anyways. You shouldn't assume, just because I struggled with the first one. It's actually not my fault that that medication did not sit well with me. I could go on and on, but let me just say this. "Shame on you, Marie and all the other mental health providers that treat us this way." This is why people with mental health issues cannot get help or do not want to get help. I'm sure there are some good providers out there somewhere, I have yet to find one in my 39 years of life. This will be my last time trying to find out. I will never again try to receive help for my anxiety, as I have learned 90% of mental health providers are unempathetic, dismissive and do not have your best interest at heart. Hence her telling me that she was highly worried about my well-being and then gave me a card to somebody else but was not concerned with scheduling a follow-up. Again, shame on you. I have a pretty good head on my shoulders, so I'll be fine. I feel very sorry though for the people that are not as strong as I am and we're on their last string of hope when reaching out for help. That's who I feel sorry for.

The staff here has messed up my refill request multiple times. I have now gone two weeks without any of my medications. Also, Marie decided to stop my high dose stimulant cold turkey rather than weening me off, after 1 visit. I have only visited the office 1 time and I have had nothing but problems. I have yet to see any resolution after many calls. I would not recommend the psychiatric services here if you need anything on a timely basis.

Kacy Walther initially comes across a pleasant, thorough medical practitioner.. In reality she is a sub-par, second rate RN and her support staff is beyond incompetent and would consistently call in my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy MULTIPLE TIMES.. I chose to change medical providers which required me to have my mental health medications filled one last time by her until my first consultation with the new medical provider - SHE CHOSE NOT TO WITH NO OTHER REASONING THAN PURE, UTTER SPITE TOWARDS ME.. She was the only person (“doctor”) who had the power to do the right thing by bridging the gap and providing me my mental health prescriptions, however, she incomprehensibly decided to make me suffer by going “cold turkey” for two weeks until my upcoming doctors appointment with a new provider.. Not only is this behavior reprehensible, it’s downright evil and spiteful.. Avoid Kacy and avoid CHI by all means necessary!

extremely difficult to work with. seems like every 30days we have to deal with them not simply getting their job done. good thing there's thousands of other places to go
