Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I have been in recovery since 6/16/23. I was circling the drain for quite a while before I made the decision to attend inpatient in a treatment center that was outside flacra. While there I had a friend tell me (moreso WARN me) of the poor management within the parent company of the halfway house [820 reintegration] I was going to stay at afterwards. This was my first introduction to FLACRA. And I truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt when I finally, ACTUALLY arrived on my own accord. This is effectively a non-self aware parody of a "not-for-profit" recovery agency. The only redeeming factors of FLACRA are unfortunately the overworked, underpaid and frankly trapped (and always for some reason self deprecating, which is a red flag for abuse from a boss) employees whose true passion for the industry and resounding moral fiber get snuffed out by those who truly embody the saying "rigged from the start." I am not here to go into a loquacious monologue of hatred and resentment. That is steadily maintained by the staff of flacra that constantly breaches our bill of rights, our handbook and our HIPAA rights by disclosing client details to coworkers in a way that appears to be simply a repulsive and deplorable coping mechanism. If you step inside any Flacra building that isn't their outpatient you will be met with literal, walking embodiments of conflict of interest, deception and greed. Their peer service is an archaic mess that refuses to modernize to accommodate the high numbers of those they so solemnly hope to help in what is a poor rendition of a mission statement. Bottom line: for every productive encounter I've had with flacra staff I have had at least 3 that were frustrating or redundant for no reason. And even now as an ex-client their inability to actually help still haunts me. Jail had better recovery programs. Stay away. -K

If I could give less stars, I would. Me and another client had reported a staff member we suspected of possibly using and one of their counselors (Rachel Short) decided to constantly tell me and this said other client we were acting like we were working there. This counselor got under my skin so bad (knowing I was homeless) that I left, had one beer, went back with the high hopes they'd take me to another facility in which they did. This rehab has terrible communication skills (Their QA "aka HR" never even reached out to me about this incident until after I left their facility) please do your research before considering this facility.

This place is no good. I left after 9 days. Staff don't care, medical don't care, no groups . Its a waste of time. They bill ur insurance double, lose ur property or steal it more likely. I put a grievance to Albany about them. Don't go there.

Maxwell Hall is a terrible place. No groups, no meetings. No Counselors. The only good thing about this place is the food. If you are needing quality recovery please do not come here. All you will do is sit and watch TV all day. You will be lucky to get your medication. This facility should be shut down.

Not a good place to go, they will charge you money over and above your insurance and you pay it or they won’t let you out, the person I know there is always sick which makes me think that they don’t clean. There are other rehab allot better.

Bad communication. Things are very unorganized. The staff never stay there long.

I have cachexia and they're stalking me to get my medical marijuana taken away. They won't help me get anything like this prescribed so I can still stay alive actually, and just sent me a bill for what they said was free peer counseling. I never reached out to them, and this is instances of stalking me by showing up unannounced at my door, causing all types of emotional duress, then refusing to answer any of my questions. They're talking and everything else worsened seizures for me and they lied about being able to give me a ride to my dental appt. They keep getting another peer counselor and then another because they're being uncooperative.

Not even one star. If your even thinking of going to this place "maxwell" hall, I highly suggest you turn around! Run! Do not go to this 90 day joke rehab it's not 90 day either it's more like 120 to 150 day rehab, the only good part about this place is leaving! Foods made in a disgusting mold infested kitchen! No chef, unlimited food which is also one of the only good things about it here. There's no med nurse or specific set of med times so you never really know when your getting your medications including mat meds. I had to leave in order to get dosed and ended up losing everything because of this place. I have no clothes. No phone. My wallet is gone. Birth certificate is there. I have a laptop there worth 1200 dollars in storage in the counselors office. My counselor gave me a vape. There's staff who take count and compete to impress the supervisor who sits in his office all Day and called in once bc he was too hungry over to come into work and help addicts. The rights oasis says you have are totally disregarded here, nothings promised. To end I'll admit I came to maxwell hall to "get better" and all it did was Make me worse! I couldn't wait to get home and get my medication from the clinic and then relapse as soon as possible. This place stressed me out. I went in there clean and left dirty smoking a vape (that a BHT"staff" gave me) walking across the parking lot! Do not go here!
