I attended marriage counseling with this therapist Patricia in March 2025 and had a very disappointing experience. While I appreciated that she allowed me to bring my son, she often shifted her attention to him during our sessions, talking to him and taking up time that should have been focused on our counseling. There were also times when she did paperwork or even took a phone call during our appointment, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful of the time I was there for OUR session She used comments like “men think and women feel,” which didn't feel helpful or accurate. When I expressed wanting my husband to take weekends off so we could have family time, she told me I didn’t appreciate what he was doing which is not true. Instead of offering balance or understanding, I left feeling blamed and invalidated. I’m writing this now because I finally built up the courage after months of thinking about it. The experience has made it difficult for me to trust marriage counseling again because I’m afraid of being dismissed the same way. This was my honest experience.

This place is joke the counselors are very unprofessional took my 10 year old son to get help with his mental health and his counselor was gaslighting me talking down to me judging me I highly don't recommend this place at all these counselors should be ashamed of them selfs and should not have a license.

I can't emphasize enough on how amazing Colleen and Jason Struthers are over here at this location! Colleen got me same day approval for a very important "Alcohol Screening" that I needed to have done as soon as possible. I called many locations and this was the only place that made it happen instantly. Jason Struthers was my licensed professional clinical counselor and he was absolutely amazing at what he does! He has great awareness and he is very knowledgeable in what he does. His dog Joey also became a good friend of mine. Thank you!

Horrible service, was enjoying the straightforwardness until it turned into miscommunication. The office will not fully explain why you get dismissed other than stupid reasons, let alone them not calling you to make sure everything is okay. I had to call them to find out what was going on and found out I got dismissed. Horrible communication and horrible care, the therapist I had, had no sympathy and said and I quote "the world is ruled by women right?" In regards to men. For anyone that wants to know what kind of therapist she is I would not recommend going here if you are at a low point in life and need guidance or help. She will make it worse. They are just looking for money because "they work for you"

Staff is always very welcoming and they work around my schedule with my 3 kiddos so that I benefit from my therapies

If you are in a domestic violence situation do not go here. First session advice was to not pursue court evidence, missed all obvious cues, sided with the abuser. I'm not sure if we can make next session, the children and I were terrorized worse than normal today. What prompted this is not even due to anything discussed in session. This might have been different if someone was trained in recognizing abuse, or did a good case work up with both individuals before making conclusions. If you are in a DV situation please don't go here. Sloppy work. I see the reviews are bad here, if you have had an issue yourself, or lost someone to negligence please contact me.

I went today and spoke to a counselor. Told I been clen off meth. Which I'm proud of myself ... I told him I still smoke alitle weed . He tells me so you are still a drug addic. He didn't need to be Rude. He's there for money not for help to anyone .. he know who I'm talking about . The company is great beautiful lady's in front . Much respect some that there people like him out to help . JOE ARMIJO

Patricia is unprofessional and emotionally scared my 8 year old daughter forever. Do not recommend her to anyone! Beware!
