It surprises me that this place has such a high score of 2.7. They say one thing on the phone but then different in person. Waited MONTHS for an appointment for a life or death matter. Then upon seeing a LMSW she guaranteed me that due to the severity of my issue that a Dr would be getting ahold of me ASAP. Been weeks haven't heard a thing. Now I will be getting OASAS involved.

I'm still having flashbacks of being in this therapists office. Extremely apathic. Isolates you from support. Doesn't pay attention to body language at all. Doesn't acknowledge recommendations from other therapists. Have zero autism training. Do not recommend unless you want to have flashbacks and feel really alone. Also the therapists are highly unreliable and call and cancel your appointment with only 2 hours of notice then expect you to hunt them down to reschedule.

I can confirm the canceling of appts with no reschedule for MONTHS. My son has been in Endeavor for 5-6 months & desperately needs his meds. I fear the worse will end up happening before they even come close to getting their crap together. In my opinion this is highly is unacceptable. (08-16-25)

They cancel appointments and never reschedule them my grandson had a phone visit with a concentration but never seen in person very poor practice for something that is supposed to help people

I’ve been coming here for over a year. I see my psychologist and therapist in the same building and everyone is so respectful and understanding here.

The facility alone gives a calming effect once you enter. The friendly reception staff make each visit stress-free. My doctor’s compassionate approach and expertise have significantly helped in my recovery. I also appreciate the additional support groups offered, this allows me to interact with people going through the same experience as me. Excellent service!
