I wish we had found this place sooner. When we walked through the doors we were met by kind and dominant front desk ladies ready to get us seen. Our registration lady, Hailey, was SO gentle and reassuring that we would get the right help. Our intake social worker was a bit wonky and left a lot to be desired. She missed notes we clearly shared with her which almost resulted in us not getting the right healthcare quickly, left multiple times to go tend to her cats, and she was clearly interrupted during her snack time. She thankfully was not our therapist as she very clearly and quickly shared, and maybe that why her interaction was so subpar. Since moving on from the intake process, the therapist, doctors, and medical assistants have all been amazing. I’d strongly encourage anyone to use Monarch for behavioral health services. Help is available for you.

I Love the care I get from Monarch The staff is always very warm and friendly. They make it easy and seamless. They also have some excellent clinicians I never feel rushed.

This place is AMAZING!! They eliminate every reason for people not to seek mental health services because they work with everybody in every situation. I would not have made it out here in Charlotte after I moved here from Michigan if it wasn’t for Monarch Health services. Their staff is extremely professional AND they are VERY fast to respond to patients online and over the phone. They treat patients like people and not just numbers and truly care about helping every person. Their website is a little old school but just use the desktop version and it works a little better. 110% recommend for anybody in need of help for any mental health services.
