Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Well, be warned. If this is all you have. I'm sorry. The whole staff acts like it's hard to smile. They are not warm. They act like THEY HAVE to be there. I tried to laugh and talk, and the nurse just acted like it was painful. Then on top of that, they thought I had a cavity, got set up, and then said I didn't... Never had that happen in thirty years. And then I use to have two K9s at the bottom. They took away my one fang and flattened it messing up my smile. My tooth hurts badly now which it never did. So be warned. It's not a good dentist office. I'd try for a place who likes their job.

I honestly thought I found a gold mine, especially with finding a doctor of the same racial background and particular expertise... Well, I was wrong. My initial experience with the receptionists (Hispanic?) was terrible. You never know who you're talking to because they don't tell you their name but want your info, and there's no name badges visible. The younger looking female receptionist should not work there. She's either bias or just don't know how to do her job. She even turned away a walk-in, African-American man during my very first visit, and he just wanted to set up an appointment.😐 The more mature looking female receptionist was pleasant to interact with in person. I didn't really interact with the older female receptionist, but she was nice from what I do recall. The female nurses/PAs (both caucasian) get upset when you don't want to share unnecessary info, like weight, etc, or when you don't give them the answer they want. The micro aggressions were lovely to have experienced furthering my dislike. Dr. Merritt was nice and somewhat helpful. I only wish my concern(s) were understood more, and more knowledge was handed down, especially with one thing in particular, but I've lost all hope there, which is fine. The communication here is horrendous compared to Corewell Health and Trinity Health. You also can't access your labs via your patient portal. You quite literally always have to request an appointment via the patient portal or via call rather than just being able to schedule it yourself... That's a huge inconvenience. Even with your scheduled appointment, you're bound to be called in wayyy later than your appointment time. Also, I mentioned a medication on my first visit only to find out at a later time that it was never added to my health chart. Therefore, that would cost me another visit and another copay. Overall, not the best experience. The male lab technician and female intake therapist (both African-American) were the best part of my experience... So, thank you for that.

Tried to call and make an appointment and was told I need to be a patient and that they are not a walk-in clinic. After reading other reviews I see other people have expressed the same difficulty but we’re told to call and make an appointment. Seems like they can’t decide if they want new patients or not.

Very clean facility and helpful staff overall. Joanne Sherwood is the best doctor I've ever had! Makes you very comfortable, really listens, and you can tell she loves what she does. 10/10 recommend.

You HAVE to stay in CONTACT with them to get the BEST CARE! As long as you're double checking ALL your info and on the ball, you CAN get good Care here. (If you're allowing them to do the "extra" work, they DO NOT HAVE TIME. They are taxed with helping so very many people, they/you can get confused. They also have A LOT of "Partnerships" with other facilities. That's where CONFUSION CAN HAPPEN! Be AWARE, Call, Confirm and Double Check...You should be in good care! Just KNOW that if YOU Pay Attention Your HealthCare goes a lot smoother! The Cherry Health Partnerships have allowed me to begin to get better. I didn't know I was positive for hep c. They have a "program" for darn near Everything! Call, ASAP!

I was treated very well at the Hep-C clinic. The clinician was very kind to me & exuded professionalism. I was given an explanation on the treatment & overall prognosis of my condition so I left the clinic feeling positive & hopeful for the future. I'm eager to start therapy & kick the sickness out of my body.

The female receptionist needs to learn how to treat people with respect. Very rude on the phone. I called in for my labs after waiting for over a week with no word back (was told I’d have them the next day) and was treated like a giant inconvenience to not only her but also the nurse I spoke with. Their system is very antiquated. I could not receive my results via my health portal. I was told they would have to MAIL me a physical copy of my labs.
