Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Took my 9 year old son for a broken collar bone. We took him immediately after he had broke it and notified the staff he hadn't been giving anything for the pain after leaving him in the waiting area for 2 hours with just 4 people in the ER waiting he was finally called back. The doctor came in felt around said oh yea that's broke but we'll get him some X-rays and something for the pain they come back take him in for his X-ray still no medicine then bring him back and leave him setting in the room in pain for another hour while they joked and played in the hall. The nurse comes in and puts a sling on him without anything medicines and him screaming bloody murder and balling his eyes out... I wouldn't recommend taking anyone here this place need to have there doors sealed and everyone needs there jobs taking without a chance to treat anyone again

Awesome except the coffee machine kept my quarters and put a dollar bill in for the mocha frappe and received a half of cup of black coffee 😞

Soooo I’m not sure about any severe illness or the ER visits. BUT my 4 year old daughter had to come here for a dental procedure, and the care that she was given was out of this world. Every single person who was involved in this visit were sensational. I wish I had all their names, but the charge nurse, the anesthesiologist, the dental surgeon, there was another really sweet man. Every single person made this scary event, so magical. They took care of my needs as a scared mom, as well as my 4 year old daughters needs. She had NO CLUE. What was happening and still doesn’t, she thinks she’s Rapunzel the princess, that woke up from a nap with cool silver princess teeth. THANK YOU ALL

My aunt came to ER from an assisted living facility and was admitted. She will be moved hospice after a week. Overall this has been the best hospital experience I have had. Everyone was so kind and attentive. My aunt is 91 with multiple health issues and the staff was great to her and our family. Thanks.

It is a great place. Most of the comments on the reviews are people who just didn’t get their way not all hospitals are really good and people that are in pain in realities. They’re not gonna give you anything because of addiction issues. Like if you’ve been in the car wreck, you’re in pain go see a specialist. Don’t go to the hospital. They’re not gonna do much like they used to and people that wine and complaining cause they didn’t get their way but comments on here and I think you’re just funny boo-hoo

The staff at this location were phenomenal from the moment I entered the facility, the 2 ladies that work the front desk kiosk to get you signed in were just amazing . Then when I got to the back for my first visit which was an MRI the nurses were so kind and respectful they made me feel so comfortable. Also on a different visit a month or two afterwards I had to go back to the facility for an ultrasound and the two techs I had were just amazing they worked well together I told them they should keep them together as a team because the job chemistry and professionalism was outstanding they answered my questions with great responses and they didn't mind overall great experience at this facility and if I have to have any more test done this is where I would most definitely prefer to have my visits 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Absolutely the worst hospital and worst staff I've ever encountered. First of all, security has no right to ask you why you're there and front desk staff absolutely should not be asking you your first, last name, birthday and above all your social security number in a waiting room where there's other patients. It is a HIPAA violation. I had to refuse, leave the hospital, and go elsewhere to be seen. Go to Caromont. They're not ignorant. They won't violate you or your personal information. Security didn't ask me anything. I also didn't have to walk through a metal detector like I was going into a prison.
