I do group meetings over zoom with Mr. Darren Steele. I enjoy my meetings with Mr. Steele and the rest of my group. From when I started with daymark til now our group has grown quite a bit. Mr. Steele is very through in going over the information in the hand out he emails us, and I feel I have learned quite a bit from him and a few of my group members

I was stalked by an employee for years, who started obsessing over me, and found me over and over again by violating HIPPA. I stopped going here in 2012 due to their mistakes when dealing with my medications. In early 2020, I joined a group therapy session they held. I left after a session or two. Since then, I have received calls from this company regularly for over 5 years. I asked for my information to be removed more than a couple dozen times. I've spoken to management. I get emails, texts, calls. All the time. This forced me to change my number twice and somehow they found my number again every time. Then, they found my disabled grandparents information and harassed them. The employee would always claim on the voicemails that she just wants to make sure I'm okay and she wants to see me and speak with me, which doesn't make any sense. Since my grandma had dementia, she was constantly scared and confused by this company and she felt intimidated. They went down my family line and stalked all of us. I'm under the impression this employee spent money on a background check in order to keep getting my detailed information. After what happened again today, I am in the process of filing appropriate charges against the company, and they have been reported to the BBB and other places. I do not owe any money nor have I requested their services in over half a decade, so my request to be not contacted should easily be honored. The stalking of me and my family members is unacceptable, and being dealt with accordingly. Edit: After posting this review, I have been called eight more times from three different numbers by Daymark. I also received several emails. When I refused to remove the reviews, they called my insurance company and told them I said I no longer wanted my insurance. Now I have my insurance company calling me saying someone named Kristin Hamilton said I no longer want coverage. They should have no way of knowing my new insurance. This further proves my stalking claim. So now this separate issue is being dealt with accordingly, as well. I originally attached proof of the MANY calls from their office, the staff's personal phones, and the emails - just the ones from the last couple weeks (September 2025) - and since the person replying to these reviews is likely part of the prank calling, it was not approved and therefore not posted. I have reviewed the appropriate documents and can see I have been asking for no more communications since early 2020 - so nothing was signed in 2023 (not by me, maybe forged by the person angrily and childishly replying?). I wish I only got one call per month as the reply states, but it's CONSTANT and when I block a number a new one comes through. When you call these numbers back, they all go to Daymark and/or the staff's personal numbers. As you can see from the replies, the owner is allowing, encouraging, and condoning this. The owner who replies is hostile, argumentative, and has an overall bad attitude to anyone who gives a negative review. The only positive reviews are from staff and their family and friends. That's why every negative review is followed by a large number of positive reviews. Any further comments will not be addressed, as I don't need validation in order to proceed with the appropriate next steps.
