Terrible place! I do not know how they have 4.6 stars.. they keep wanting to increase increase but after a year of seeing this place still daughters anxiety is thru the roof.

Dr.Latz at monarch is an extremely compassionate and wonderful provider. The only doctor I've ever had that really listens to his patients and genuinely cares about what his patients are experiencing and have been through. He a credit to his profession and a darn fine doctor.

I am a local provider and had recently called to gather information on a client of mine. I called, introduced myself including title, name, and reason for calling. As soon as I stated my clients name, the lady who’d picked up let out the largest scoff, made a horrific comment about the client, and hung up on me. Not only was this extremely unprofessional, but shows their lack of respect and care towards those they serve and their unwillingness to collaborate. While I doubt my formal complaint will go anywhere, I’m determined to have this person held accountable.

1st off if your coming for benzos FORGET IT!! I am pleased with this place so far BUT my only complaint is they will not prescribe benzos for anxiety even in an emergency situation! My daughter has SUFFERED greatly and I feel instead of giving certain medicines months to actually work they should have helped a little better so she didnt have extreme chest pains and labored breathing multiple times a day. She still isnt better. They keep increasing medicine and saying give more time etc but I am extremely happy with the persona of her medication management dr and her therapist so far. I personally just feel sometimes the patients or parents know what's better for emergency situations instead of suffering for so long other than that its been a great place.
