I.C.G.H is clearly in my opinion the BEST recovery program I have personally ever been part of not too put down the structures or atmospheres of any other recovery programs in North Carolina because the truth is when it comes to battling and curing addiction is a big job that needs all hands on deck but I am personally involved in this programs services and there structure in this program is top tier I have read some of these reviews on here trying to criticize the program all we can do is pray for you because in my opinion you just didn’t try like you needed too the staff every one of them has been an encouragement to me and my peers families as well as ourselves if there is anyone out there looking for help with severe addiction treatment I recommend I.C.G.H

Please go to ellenorr health once a month through a portal if you fail your drug test you still get your medicine. Ellenorr health said that integrated care of greater hickory is a punishment based rehab designed only to exploit people and make cash.

I’m a broken hearted parent of an addict. When I called ICGH looking to find out some information on addiction, I spoke with a lady named Miranda. She was very professional, informative and the compassion she expressed towards my situation made things so much easier to talk about. As a desperate parent looking for help , Miranda in return gave me hope in all the things that ICGH offers. If all the staff here has the passion that Miranda has for her job and people, there’s going to be a lot of success. Thank you

Treatment center that refused to treat me. I got no showed by the doctor and played phone tag with "Ms Lilly" for 3 weeks. After calling lilly I called her colleague who then transferred me over. Funny how she could pick up then. When I was explaining my schedule and why the times wouldn't work for me Lily continued talking over me and then proceeded to hang up on me. This place may have helped some people but Lily actively worked against me. I will say Ms Black is the only one who talked to me and helped me. It's a shame an incompetent scheduler like Lily and no show doctors ruins so many experiences for people in need.

This place is ridiculous. They expect you to come multiple times a week and do group and individual counseling weekly. I suffer from severe anxiety and they think that it's some they can treat with basically a Benadryl! Which, ironically is on their do not use list. All they care about are billable hours. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Pavana treatment is a great place. Also, ICGH staff are rude and Andrew, the office manager in Lincolnton was clearly on drugs and very unprofessional. He flat out lied about a urine sample that I gave. I saw the panel and nothing showed up yet Sam said benzos were in my system. The place sucks!!!!!!!!

The staff are wonderful and I really enjoy coming in here on Fridays and talking to Tracy and Jessica it helps me keep focusing on my recovery and helps me to get through my troubles that I deal with all week so if u want recovery then this is the place to start they will help u stay clean and they care about there clients and they help u whenever u need it it's a great place to be so I love there program it really works
