Been to a few different VA clinics/hospitals. This one is by far the best. Friendly staff. Dr. Lee actually listens to you, unlike my previous doctors.

My go-to VA health care

So much easier to maneuver around than the Salisbury VA. Staff have all been beyond helpful and accommodating for my 85-year old Dad. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is beautiful and the selection of artwork on the walls is so serene and calming - especially love the 3rd floor artwork. Like a warm hug. Canteen employees are very polite and selections are very reasonably priced. An added benefit is the drop off location, with wheelchairs right at the door waiting and spacious parking lot.

Wonderful and complete care

On Oct 9 2025 I was in the advocates section to process my ID me account. I sat outside the advocates office about ten minutes listening to the ID me technician having a vulgar heated conversation with whoever was on the other line. She finally called me in and started my updating process. About 10 minutes in she was back on her phone while I just sit there in limbo. For about 20 minutes she complained about her GS 12 status and she had to share her office with other coworkers. How unfair the system was treating her since some other coworkers had there own office. I could tell that the person on the other end of the line was totally uninterested. Umhu Umhu was the only reply from the opposite end of the line. She finally terminated her call got back to me and determined that I didn't have all the necessary documents. All this happened while a line of other Vets are waiting. Obviously her priorities were her gossip section. Hoping for more professionalism on my next visit.

Best VA I've been to yet

Went there for a C&P exam, 10 min later I was walking out. Treated like I didn't matter. Typical VA treatment when it comes to combat veterans.
