Got Labs 3/11/25 First time there.and It was a great experience. Checked in and had my blood drawn in about 20 minutes. Took about a month to get my first appointment with the VA Dr.

Clinic very organized clean . Staff takes special care of the patients. The one Doctor I’ve had since being with VA is Jennifer Roucha. This Doctor if I could give her a 100 I would. She goes the extra mile for me and my health care. If they were all like her with the friendly attitude and expertise she provides VA would never have a angry patient.. Thanks again VETERAN HEALTH CARE..

Very clean, bright, and easy to navigate. The staff, from the check-in desk to the doctors and other healthcare providers, have been patient, listened to my issues, asked clarifying questions, and provided excellent care. All of my best VA experiences in the past 14 years have been at this clinic.

Good: inside is clean, the staff understairs are helpful, efficient. Not so good: The staff upstairs may need more training on greeting patients properly, speeding up their register work; the eye department could be more efficient. We waited more than 40 mi. at last visit. After checking with front desk, it seemed the staff forgot she had a patient waiting outside.
