Wish I could leave zero stars I’ve been 3 times and barley even talked to the second time was seen less then 5 mins then today I waited 30 mins past my appointment time and not being told anything about the “psychiatrist” being behind and my wait time possibly running over instead I waited another 3 mins at the window just for them to finally tell me what was going on. Also to add I was never late to any of those appointments. Waste of time and gas on my part I won’t be back! With that being said I hope they can improve on their communication with current/future patients as to what’s going on and why they don’t say something at the start of checking in if other things are happening and running behind.

Foothills is a great treatment center. They have improved very much over the last few years, including their office location. Linda is amazing, wonderful compassionate, caring and listens to her patience. Michelle is an amazing doctor. she listens to her patients when they have something to say in between her and her patient they come to a conclusion for whatever the matter may be. And Sarah has helped mold Foothills into what it is today. she has done an amazing job as the nursing supervisor . She has cut out all the bad apples and is now replacing them with better ones.

They do not do proper assessments! I go to another place and got an assessment and proper diagnosis! Ive been suffering for almost a year! Now that i know what's wrong with me, i can get the proper help! Stop playing a guessing game with people's mental health! Everyone is not the same. They only ask u a few questions then give you meds. The meds i was giving never worked because i wasnt properly diagnosis

This Is indeed the most caring organization I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by ~ they show caring behavior by not over prescribing medications and by allowing the patient to be all through their issues first ~ as a former active addict this is a process I can get behind ~ thanks to everyone there for their pleasant and caring responses and treatment! The staff are very nice and respectable . I have been meeting with Carol Jolly and for the first time in a long time I felt like there is hope of getting the help I need. Thank you Carol for helping me understand that there is hope for for a outcome that I can work toward.

Great practice and practitioners. Office staff, lab staff have always been accommodating. Show up 15 mins prior to your appointment and it’s usually pretty smooth. The lobby is normally full, but that’s the price of good service- have never felt rushed due to the fact. Morgan is a fantastic practitioner, no BS and straight to the point.

I have had a pleasant experience going to Foothills. I’ve been going to them for some time and I’ve gotten to know a good amount of their staff who have made each visit enjoyable. Taylor has been an amazing psychiatrist. She has done wonders for my mental health. Also, Kristin has been a sweetheart, making sure that I’m super comfortable in my new Treatment. I just know when I’m coming to my appointment. I’m going to be treated well.
