Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

Rarely leave reviews, but also rarely come across a place like this. They truly care!

The big question: Should I put my child on medication? This message is for every parent who has heard the familiar advice: “Don’t medicate your child,” “Try a gluten-free diet,” “Essential oils will help,” “Eliminate red dye,” and so on. Nearly three years ago, my husband and I had heard it all. Our son was four years old, and we were navigating a situation we never expected. Picture this: a child from a loving, stable home—sweet, mild-tempered, and eager to start preschool. We were excited for him to make friends and learn in a classroom setting, and he was equally thrilled for something new. But within just a few days, the phone calls started: concerns from teachers, frightened classmates, and even threats of suspension. Our happy little boy was suddenly flipping desks, hitting other children, and reacting in ways I never would have believed had I not witnessed them myself while rushing to the school to help de-escalate. It felt like my child had been swept up into a tornado of chaos. Eventually, he was suspended. Home life became overwhelming, heartbreaking, and nearly unmanageable. I prayed, I researched, I tried every suggestion—and I cried almost daily because nothing was helping. That sense of helplessness is something I wouldn’t wish on any parent. Then, in a moment of true desperation, we found Troy at Mesquite Integrated Health—and I cannot express how grateful I am. Troy genuinely changed the course of our family’s life. After a thorough evaluation, our son was diagnosed with ADHD. We began medication management and therapy immediately to help him understand and regulate his emotions. And no—despite all the warnings we’d heard—he did not become a “zombie,” nor did he lose his personality. What we saw was the opposite: we finally had our little boy back. Today, nearly three years later, he is thriving in first grade and surpassing every expectation. He is currently ranked #1 in his school’s reading challenge, having read more books in a few weeks than any of his peers. He has a circle of friends so large that we find ourselves at birthday parties almost every weekend. He even tutors classmates (and students in other first-grade rooms) who struggle with reading and math. I am incredibly grateful to share this success story—not just about my son, but about our entire family. If you are where I was three years ago—exhausted, overwhelmed, and feeling hopeless—I want you to know there are options that can help. Medication and therapy changed our lives for the better, and I will forever be thankful that we took that step. You’re not alone, and there is absolutely no shame in seeking the support your child needs to thrive.

Great first experience with a licensed therapist. Receptionist is welcoming, and the office is very cozy. They have a lot of fun lego sets on display, which helps me feel at home

So, I just started coming here, about 3 months now. And this place is so welcoming. There was some confusion at first but then they assigned me to Troy! Who is an amazing soul. He gets life and works with you, instead of being all about the money. Truly a blessing.

Troy and Amelia are great providers. I've worked with both of them now and they are SO kind, down to earth, and actually take the time to get to know you. Nothing feels fake when it comes to them and they are just really good people who want to help
