Wish I could rate zero stars!! My appointment was at 3:00 pm via video. I waited and waited she then answers the video call at 3:30 pm states she has someone with a less timely appointment that was after me and was wondering if I could just let them go before me. Whatever sure. She told me it’d take 15 minutes for that appointment and mine would take one hour ok cool. Waited 25 more minutes still nothing. Called to cancel all existing appointments and the receptionist apparently doesn’t know what that means and asks what does that mean ?? Girl it means CANCEL MY APPOINTMENTS PERIOD. She then says the provider would be getting to me next I said my appointment was at 3 it’s nearing 4 now I don’t feel prioritized just removed me as a patient. This is absolutely ridiculous and this place is a freaking joke.

Began coming here after 5+ years without therapy. I have to say I LOVE my counselor. The front staff is also nice. My issue here is with an Admin who waits over 4 months to do their billing. I show up weekly and check in and never had I been informed to pay anything obscene amount. You can’t do this to people who suffer from mental health issues. This could be the thing that sets them off. Do better please. Why am I held responsible for a job you didn’t do in a timely manner? I’m sad my counselor is leaving. I don’t know who to turn to now. I feel as a person I’m not important. Just another $ for them now.
