Security at this hospital are a joke. Last time I was there 3 of them at the desk talking to each other or looking at their phones. Dressed like men in black and not even armed so how are they protecting staff and patients

Esperé 14 horas a ser atendido en urgencias y no me llegaron a atender. Apenas eramos 4 personas en la dala de espera y solo ví q atendieran a una de ellas. Horrible experiencia

Had to go in for a procedure and the staff was amazing. They helped me relax and be less nervous. My nurse Timothy Juhl was great he has a calming presence.

To start, I was told to be at the hospital for my 835am procedure at 8am. Got there at 755 as I walked up with my wife and grandson the young lady doing registration asked “are they with you” I said yes, and she told me they cannot wait up here because of the child. Mind you nowhere in that wait room does it say no children allowed and I was told by the nurse waiting for me to bring me back that she was in correct in telling us that . I then waited 20 mins to get registered as the same young lady told me that I was very late! The nurse taking me back said no worries just finish with his documents. I told the young lady I was there 5 mins before my time and she was the one running behind! She continued to have a terrible attitude!!! Once I got back everything was completely different the nurses were excellent and caring. The receptionist at same day surgery a middle aged appeared to be African American maybe Hispanic lady needs to learn to talk to people and how to be more empathetic. My first experience at outpatient surgery registration was terrible!

This has gotten to be the worst hospital experience I've ever had in my entire life apart from the ones I've had at Swedish Covenant (Foster & California)! I had to catch a Lyft while at my loved one's place because I had gotten small tiny glass particles in my right eye that scraped the conjunctiva in 2 different places. My eye was as red as a stop sign and the pain was even more unbearable this time around (yes I've gotten abrasions on my cornea 2 different times.

Truly I wouldn’t bother, literally go anywhere else. They are completely negligent when it comes to billing. It’s not worth the absolute headache I’ve been through. Go absolutely anywhere than here.
