Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Native project is my go to for all my health and wellness needs for my kids as well as my self. The service is good. Can usually get a quick appointment compared to other places. And the price for care is reasonable. Also they have dental and pharmacy as well as mental health. They also have a variety of children's mental health services which are amazing. I'd recommend to anyone. And I think each and every provider is amazing in their own way. If you don't visit here you should. Everyone is. Welcome

Everyone at the clinic is so caring... Love that I can get medical and dental care, plus the great pharmacy staff are all very conscientious.

Can't refill a prescription when you're out on a Friday. I was never told my provider takes Friday's off. Now I have to be with no meds all weekend. Very frustrating. Oh well, typical BS. All med providers seem to be the same.

After my family’s experience at the Children and Youth Center, I would not consider this a safe nor helpful place to receive mental health services. Visit times grew shorter due to lack of timeliness, treatment plan was brief and vague and did not include the goals discussed in initial evaluation, snacks were highly processed sugary/salty foods while simultaneously encouraging high protein snacks for management of ADHD symptoms, and communication between parent and therapist was severely lacking and very clearly not prioritized with the 20-30 min rushed nature of visits. I believe 17 min is the minimum required to bill insurance and that line was flirted with. Being lied to and gaslit by staff members Missy and Deana Spencer regarding transportation services that their office helped arrange was the final straw. I was told by the clinical director Dylan Dressler that the incident was unacceptable and I would be hearing back from COO Maureen Rosette concerning a resolution. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive a call back or response from the certified letter I sent to Maureen’s office. And yes, certified letters are required because they do not provide email addresses for communication. The situation with transportation could have been handled with empathy and support, especially since I handled it with humility and understanding. However, the lack of professionalism, communication, and dishonesty after the situation left me feeling like this clinic is more concerned with collecting from insurance than caring for patients seeking mental health therapy. I write this review because as a mom of a child with special needs I understand the labor involved with accessing care and support. If considering this clinic for services, I would strongly suggest communicating your expectations for services in writing to avoid being gaslit.

The front desk staff at this office are incredibly incompetent, unprofessional, and clearly lack the training needed to do their jobs effectively. I brought in paperwork that I needed the provider to sign and have faxed, and instead of simply handling it, they had me sign a “release of information” just so they could give me back my own documents. After the provider signed them, I assumed they had been faxed as requested—but they weren’t. When I called to follow up, I was told I needed to sign another release form for them to fax the documents. So I made a second trip back to the office, signed the form again, and was assured it would be sent. It still wasn’t. When I called again, Sophia told me it takes seven business days to fax a single piece of paper. Seriously? Why wasn’t that mentioned when I was physically there? How does it take a week to put a document in a fax machine and press send? This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. The front desk staff clearly need additional training and a better understanding of basic administrative tasks.

Depends who you get. I love so many of the doctors and ma. Even the pharmacy staff. Ive been going to them since they opened. I was hoping to speak to the medical director to address my concerns but they never called me. Im gathering from posts that this is a commonality. I stopped goijg to this clinic years ago because of an experience w a prior doctor. I went and spoke to him about my health issues. He pretty much said i was fat and needed to excercise more. That wasnt the case. I. Actually had a bad thyroid. It wasnt until someone told me about this good doctor they said id love her name is Kendra darnell. I spoke to her the first time qnd she discovered my thyroid issues. That have been going on for years since i left after that man didnt help me. I got my life back thanks to her. There was an amazing front desk. The person at the time was Missy. She made people feel seen heard and welcomed. After my great experience I sent friends and famipy to your clinic. My last experience here wasnt the best. I saught help because I was having issues breathing. The front desk saod there was a flag on my account w billing. I got 2 different insurances. The lady said i couldnt schedule an appointment till it was resolved. Later ij the convo she stated she couldnt send me a bill but if i went somewhere else id be liable. Ive been other places , I have specialist i see. Ive never had issues before and if there is they say they will rebill it.. the billing department said that i had to call 3 differwnt places one that i hadnt had for years ...i call all of them one actually asked why am i calling that the provider calls that they even have an option for the provider...so after argu8ng w the front desk and billing for 3 days i show back up that thursday 2/27/25 because the lady has me on hold to triage. While i wait in the waiting room crying because i cant breathe fighting to see my doctor the office lady who put me on hold has a male worker come up and flirt w her for several minutes . I miss Missy the front desk she cared. When people werent watching she was always doing things to help the clinic. I love kendra darnell and the mas and pharmacy team. I tried to recieve help from the counseling department made an appointment before and set time .. he came in about a half an hour past our appointment time and when i talked to the front desk they said i wasnt on his schedule. I called the gentleman out about being late. He said he didnt add ppl to his schedule..then why set an appointment time w me .. i needed help because my father died but hey i neber went back to him because to him my time wasnt important enough...i would habe loved to express my concerns in a more private matter but unfortunatley. Customers arent always the top of the medical office list..
