Ascend Recovery is set in a peaceful residential area and offers individualized care for men and women who are seeking help for alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. Treatment at Ascend Recovery is designed in a tiered approach where clients progress through 3 ascending phases of recovery. The first phase is the traditional residential experience. The next phase, clients focus on vocational and educational pursuits, all while still working on sobriety. The last phase is a sober living facility that focuses on treatment and reentry into society. Ascend Recovery is an evidence-based and holistic approach center that uses therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), family systems, life skills, equine therapy, and individual and group sessions. Ascend Recovery’s typical length of stay is between 30-90 days. Ascend Recovery is accredited by the Joint Commission. Ascend Recovery residential program is set in a residential location with lush greenery and a small, peaceful pond. New clients of Ascend Recovery typically share a room with a client who has been there longer. They do offer private rooms, however this is based upon an assessment to see if it is the healthiest option. Ascend Recovery has an all purpose recreation room, an area designated for gym equipment, basketball hoop, ping pong table, and drum set. Ascend Recovery employs an on-site chef who puts a weekly menu together based on dietary needs and prepares meals fresh each day.
