If you care the mental health of your child or loved one, DO NOT send them here. This place is slowly going down the drain because employees are quitting left and right. They have terrible leaders in place and more recently they were on the news because they were not able to pay employees due to audits by the state. This place does not care about your mental health nor do they care about the impression they have in the community because their reputation is tarnished. Some of the therapists are nice, and you can tell they care but I don't think they're really good at their jobs. When I had better insurance I got better treatment and had more impactful sessions from another therapist. The psychiatrists also suck. All they try to do is put you on medication but they don't listen to how you feel. I said I get seasonal depression in spring and she laughed and asked "Why it's nice out." Didn't seemed interested in diagnosing me with anything so that she could treat it, just threw medicine at symptoms. I guess it's alright if it's all you can afford. The people are nice.

From personal experience the staff seems lovely. All my questions were answered. They said I should be receiving a follow up call to speak to a therapist soon!

I have been looking for therapy for over a year, and was so happy to get a call back from C4, and get an intake appointment setup. Even when I had to reschedule, it took emails and phone calls to get it done. On the day of the zoom appointment, the intake specialist never showed up, and never responded to my email after. Now reading all of these reviews, I'm starting to believe I dodged a bullet. UPDATE: So eventually I got another call from someone else with C4. The experience with Edwidge there has been completely different. She is kind, organized and is doing wonderful establishing a patient relationship with my son.

Just received an email as a reply to a voicemail from months ago. Have had appointments made for me without my consent. The care is the outlier, this place needs help.

They are painting and renovating for seven years meanwhile I live blocks away in walking distance and I sought care and I'm still waiting for care. Maybe they need to rebuild the custom beams shoving more money out the door. Who got paid. The jobs for contractors. Vendors? Friends and family?
