I called in July to make an appointment. I think someone hung up on me. I called back and got transferred to the Kent location?? Someone from the Kent location made an appointment for the Bellevue location for me for September...... I get a call back in August that the appointment made was not right, and the earliest they could get me in was today (October 10th). I was told I would get a text to confirm my appointment. Instead I got a call from a "Scam likely" number. They called me 50 hours before my appointment, but I was not at my phone. I called back as soon as I saw it, 47 hours before my appointment and confirmed. It said 'okay you're confirmed.' I got no messages after that. I woke up early today (lots of issues that makes getting up difficult) to my appointment finally. The office tells me that my appointment was canceled because I didn't confirm within 48 hours. They said they'd call back if something opened up. Not sure if I should call to make another appointment or just give up and die. I don't have a car and this is the easiest place to get to for me. This sucks.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with SeaMar. Patients are kept waiting for a long time without any clear reason. Even when an appointment is scheduled, we end up waiting far past the set time. The only explanation given is that doctors are busy with other patients, which shows a lack of proper scheduling and respect for patients’ time. This practice wastes people’s time, creates unnecessary stress, and leaves patients feeling frustrated. Management should take patients’ appointments more seriously and improve their system to provide timely care.”

Horrible system

i don’t understand why it takes so long to make an appointment with these people but it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of them let alone get a call back or appointment. it’s been atleast 5 months i’ve been trying to get a simple referral from them but i get nothing. they need better staff or front desk people.

HORRIBLE, unorganized, and rude. I called to make a first time appointment and they said they’d call me back. I never got a call back so I called again and they said I can only get an appointment by calling Mondays at 9am. I call Monday at 9am and they tell me I have to come in person to fill out paperwork. I come in person and they tell me the only way to get an appointment is by calling Monday at 9am. I called again and they had me leave my number and said they would call me back. It’s been a total of 4 weeks of trying to get care and they’re not even polite.

I want to give them minus five stars if possible. Very arrogant! Don't got there!

Dr. Havens is the best! Hands down the best doctor I've ever had. Thank you, Dr. Havens for everything!
