1/5 stars (0/5 if applicable) Disappointing Experience at A Beautiful Mind I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, professionalism, and organization at A Beautiful Mind. As a patient seeking ADHD treatment, I expected timely care and clear communication. 1. Delayed first prescription: 3-week wait with no updates. As well as no return calls. 2. No initial communication about new system causing delays in prescription from nurse practitioner Lauren Simmons. No script pad available for physical prescription. 3. No prior appointment scheduling for next prescription leaving me to go without prescription refill in timely manner. 4. Multiple Unreturned calls and voice messages. 5. Call backs to emergency contact number instead of primary number despite me leaving my number on the voicemail. 6. No record of scheduled appointments, Staff was unaware of my second appointment, blaming other team members for lack of notification. After weeks of attempts of communication to make an appointment, I was notified via email of needing a counselor in order to receive care. I let the counselor know of my experience with communication to the office she was very nice and offered help. After leaving multiple voicemails to the office without response I realized I was doing myself a disservice by continuing to extend grace. No one takes your treatment seriously, the counselor, Rashaunda Fargo did the best she could. I sent an Email to cease care and that was the only thing responded to immediately. A Beautiful Mind's poor communication, disorganization, and unprofessionalism led to unnecessary stress and delays in my treatment. I advise others to exercise caution when seeking care here. In response to their comment: There is no way I would not answer their call. It is absolutely absurd to reply with such a blatant falsehood. The office called me back for the first time this morning in response to my email. Please Read all of their reviews!

Never called me back said there was a waiting list and that they would keep in contact to see if I was still interested someone called 2x in a 3 month span apart from what they said which was they keep in contact every other 3 weeks but I found a better place is anyone needs a place that accepts Medicaid then you should check out the gentle caress definitely won’t make you feel neglected or abandoned

I was a patient with beautiful mind.back in 2021 my Dr.was very professional she was a joy to talk to although I'm still having mental issues I was thinking about reaching out to them again but reading these reviews got me wondering should I but my experience was nice.and I need help 💔

The WORST!!!! They took my medical billing info… left me in a room to complete some worksheets they called an assessment then put me on a waitlist for services. They billed my insurance and then left me on the waitlist for 4 months… they called periodically to inform me that they forgot about my case after billing me and then to remind me that I was on a waitlist. Terrible service, worst attitude. Literally you’re better going anywhere else than here. All the bad reviews are real, any 5 star reviews they have, they created themselves. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU NEED ACTUAL MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES… they will bill you and do 0 other than collect your money

These people do not take mental health seriously. After addressing my mental health issues. I still have not received a therapist it has been weeks now. I feel like they don’t care sadly i won’t be back. If you wanna be taken seriously for your mental health issues just avoid this place.

They take a VERY LONG TIME to get to you. Some of these "professionals" have no idea how to ask or help their clients. If you need help immediately avoid this place. If you wanna be taken seriously for the slightest of issues avoid this place.
