Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Picking up the phone and trying to find help for the first time was daunting. I knew I needed to change my relationship with alcohol, but I didn’t know where to start. After making multiple calls, I came across CMAR (Colorado Medicated Assisted Recovery). The first person I spoke to on the phone made me feel welcome and helped me begin my recovery journey. I started in August 2024 and was guided to IOP, which included three sessions a week. I’ll never forget the first time I walked in—I was welcomed right away. James Jackman was the group therapist that day and made me feel comfortable from day one. He would later become my personal therapist, and I owe a lot to him for helping me through my recovery. I came in wanting to change my relationship with alcohol, but I ended up working through so much more—my anxiety, childhood trauma, and the reasons behind my substance use. I learned more about myself and grew as a person in ways I never imagined. After graduating IOP in three months, I decided to continue in OP for another year. Through CMAR, I’ve built a strong sober community and made many close friends. If you’re looking for help, this place is truly amazing.

Response: I feel that it is very necessary to warn the public if someone dangerous is providing therapy in your facility. I am sure as a whole you do amazing and important work, but this person who is clearly mean spirited and sadistic should not be treating patients. I did reach out to your company via email, I have not received a reply. I left my name, email, and phone number. As soon as I response ensuring that this person is not harming people who really need help, I am happy to take this review down. This is not a review of the facility as a whole, this is a warning to people who may be harmed by this man. This facility needs to eliminate the employment of James Jackman! He attacked me on social media (on my own business page) without provocation and blatantly said he had enjoyed watching the hard times I have had over the past year. When another follower called him on his in appropriate comment he indicated I have a personality disorder, which I do not. Diagnosing people you've never met based on limited information posted on a social media page is beyond unethical and unprofessional. Not to mention dangerous! This man should not be treating anyone for mental illness! I reached out to the facility directly, but I think patients need to be warned. If this man shows up to "help" you he's probably enjoying your pain and you need to find someone who actually cares about your wellbeing! He is not to be trusted! This is just sick!

I wouldn't trust this facility just based solely on how their PRIMARY therapists interact with people they don't know! Therapist James Jackman went onto a social media post to insult and then diagnose someone he's never met. He first indicated he enjoys watching the extremely hard times that the owner of the page has endured over the past year, which is just sick and twisted. Then when another commenter mentioned that it's not okay for a therapist to get joy out of the suffering of others, he indicated the owner of the page had a personality disorder. Again, he's never met her! He has no business diagnosing her on her own page! I have met her and she does not have a personality disorder, she's had a terrible year like many others. She's one of the kindest people I've ever met! This guy needs to lose his job because he has NO business treating patients who are struggling! He is dangerous!

I have nothing but the best of things to say about CMAR, I was struggling with my addiction and my parents stumbled upon here it has been the best place to not only me but has also givin my family a place to learn about what I go through as well facing the struggle I have to face. Upon arriving here Kirsten was very welcoming and very informative with everything to get us started and got us going right away, I got connected with my therapist who may I add is AN AMAZING THERAPIST. But the cool things about CMAR is they have 12 week cycle classes and each class is ran by different counselors which who are awesome therapist in there own way as well. I usually attend Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays groups (evening) (Friday evening) being movie night the groups I go to I live cause I feel they are very engaging and I feel very connected with the therapist who runs those groups those nights as well. I tell everyone CMAR is my safe place and like my second home I’m so happy to have somewhere else to be able to call a safe space when I’m in a low spot! LOVE CMAR AND ALL ITS DONE AND CONTINUES TO DO FOR ME! 💙
