I had a very negative experience with this business. Payment was demanded in cash only, and the quoted price changed significantly within a short period of time (from $80 to $130 in less than two weeks). When I questioned the discrepancy, the response was unprofessional, and the conversation ended abruptly. This raises concerns about transparency and business practices. I strongly recommend exploring other options before bringing your business here.

I don’t see what these other people are saying about Mr. Armstrong? He helped me out with my DOT SAP violations multiple times but to each is own? This man is the #1 choice for me in this area but like I said to each is own.

Person is really know what his doing and really nice person as well. But what disappointment the most is not be able to follow through with part of obligation and the lack of communication. Me and my attorney being trying to get a hold of him for over a month a half about some paperwork and have left voicemails and email and no reply. After 2 month of the test being doing. Mr. Armstrong fail to send documents to my court and got me in a year probation due to no recived the assessment and i got scam $225.00. The man can answer his phone ihave went to his office 3 time left voicemail email. My lawyer have try to call him even my PO and he fail to get my assessment done. The guys is really know his stuff but really unprofessional and not responsible.

This man really knows what he’s doing. He’s got the right credentials for the job! I really am so grateful to have met Mr. Armstrong!

I just was on the phone with this company and was informed that I couldn't schedule an assessment for a relapse I just went through. The reason for the dismissal, and telling me that he WILL NOT assess me was that DOC, the Washington State DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, does not care about offenders, and at not persistent enough for his business.
