Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Intensive monitoring and care for conditions like depression, trauma, suicidality, and anxiety. Residential mental health facilities offer a safe setting with activities and structure, plus opportunities to practice life skills and bond with peers.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

I have been going here for about a month now. And when I tell you I actually go home after my appointment feeling SO much relief I mean it. Stasi (Anastasia) is THE best counselor I have ever had in my entire life. I look forward to my appointments with stasi. She is VERY professional. VERY intuitive with how I’m feeling in the exact moments. She picks up on my body language and listens to EVERYTHING I say. She focuses on what sticks out to her which I usually keep bringing up the same incident. She makes me feel like she’s also a person to listen not just there for a paycheck. She loves her clients and makes you feel comfortable in the environment even if the topic can be uncomfortable. If you have any plans on going here, ask for STASI!!! Thank you Stasi for being phenomenal to me!

I've had a lot of negative experiences with MultiCare Behavioural Health... My main issue is... the lies. So many of my documents from clinical notes that were taken from when I was in crisis or seeking therapy, were often things that didn't even come out of my own mouth. Secondly... I was going through legitimate domestic violence. I know have a restraining order against my abuser, which attempted killing me later in that relationship. I was given very little support due to the stigmatization of diagnosis like BPD. However, they also failed to listen to how I actually was autistic. I have gotten a better therapist now, no longer having any kind of those relationship issues. I was being put through reactive abuse. The multicare system in general is messed up. My past mental health diagnosis were used against me when 4 male staff were attempting to sexually abuse me previously. The amount of lies on my mychart that have been made had been seriously harmful. Anyone with empathy that could have sat down with me.. and talked to me like I was equal to them, would have changed everything. It also turned out I really did have CPTSD, along with an actual dissociative disorder that was causing amnesia the whole time. There was maybe one therapist I feel that was really trying to help me, teaching me good coping skills that are honestly beneficial for really anyone struggling... however the way I was treated was disgusting... all for being a human struggling. I was being put through a load of narcissistic abuse. The lies along with my mental health that was heavily weaponized, made it so I didn't get a POTs or Endometriosis diagnosis till years later. And I almost died in domestic violence because my ex was just that good at manipulating people. Honestly, there is a lot of sexism I've ran into in this field, from not just gaslighting but the way I was treated overall. They put words into your mouth in their clinical notes, of things you've never said or done without addressing what *really* happened. There was only one therapist that consistently showed up, and I really believed she tried to help but was only able to do so much. The other people I was assigned to, had little to no empathy. I understand the overlaps in mental illness too... but the way I have been painted as, and being villianized has done nothing but have been harmful to my care even outside the psychiatric field. I am in a much better place in life now. I don't recommend this place if you're needing speciality care in particular if you live with a severe mental illness. Also... some of the behavioural health outreach made harmful lies to my notes as well. Which is absolutely hurtful because they are meant to be trusted to help those that are truly in need.

This clinic has been abusive to me. Specifically Ahmad N Ahmadzai and his female supervisor who refused to give me her name. She hung up on me when trying to speak with her. This person lied to me, did not tell me his title, where he worked and accessed my personal health and medical records without my knowledge or consent. This person falsified records and logged in appointments that didn’t occur. I didn’t know this person worked for Multicare until I received MyChart notifications. This clinic has violated my rights as a patient and HIPPA

As a fellow multicare employee I was not at all happy with the care and service I got at this clinic. I will say it was easy to get an appointment, and the lady who did my intake was absolutely lovely. I had my first virtual appointment and it was not a good fit with between the counselor and myself. I felt she was very dismissive over my thoughts, feelings, and stressors; Basically told me if I just changed the way I think, my depression will go away. I requested a new counselor. A week later, I called to follow up with where that was at in process. They put a note on my file because it still needed to be seen by a supervisor. I didn’t receive a call after that follow up, so I called two weeks after that follow up (3 weeks after requesting a new counselor) And discovered I had been reassigned to somebody else, but at a totally different clinic. Which is fine, but it would’ve been nice for them to communicate that I had at least been reassigned to someone else.

Useless. The place actually made my mental health worse. 👍🏻 I spent half my day getting my assessment done after already having to come back another day because it was their "lunch break." Yet I was SO excited because it was my first time trying therapy and I was ready to start getting better. I took off work and got a call saying my therapist is "unexpectedly" out of the office. While I was getting my assessment done, front desk lady called at least 4 others saying the same thing with different therapists. Extremely unempathic to other people's time who have to take off work for these appointments and are looking forward to improving their mental health.
