This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! I love paula, sister T, Sara, Courtney my counselor while I was there! Jeremy are gym teacher, all the staff marva!!!!! Ann love you 💕

My son was in house facility treatment and I was his emergency contact also he signed a disclaimer so I could talk to whoever about his treatment plan! First thing he was very dehydrated from not eating or drinking he ends up fainting sent off to the ER around 6 am.... My son after waking up asked one of the staff who accompanied him if he could call me, no you can't call until after 4pm. Nobody ever called me my son called to tell me at 6 pm. Secondly I call to speak with his counselor several times what does she do?! Tell's my son,yes he's an adult, I called yet she never called me back.....I think that it was very unprofessional she did that and the only person that would bother to have the time of day to give me a little piece of mind was the receptionist/front office lady, I apologize for forgetting your name. I had the right to know I asked for family counseling I know that you can't help someone who doesn't want help but I feel if they would have communicated with me someone who knows him maybe he could have gotten some better help. I am not at all blaming anyone I'm just sharing my experience with this place.

Horrible👎👎1st off all just currently tlked with my insurance and cme to find out my insurance did not cover my stay and I was kicked out . Thay don’t no that I’m aware MR HENERY . But thay will now and the whole world I hope to GOD THAT shut u hypocrites down . 11 days of treatment and thaY tell ME I’m being discharged from being on the phne INSTEAD OF SAYING WE HVE TO FIND U ANTHOR TREATMENT CENTER OR U WILL HVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO BE HERE . and the lord reveled to me today though mail that my insurance was denied I’m furious Rghtnow .Not only did thay not take my life serious thay tried to act like it was me . I’m in shock Rght now and this is not the end of this IBH !!!! Smh . Ima COUNTIUNE my on GONNNAING HIGHER POWER GOD . And IBH !!! May the lord DIRECT YALL PATH . Carla Ross .

Well I know now first hand that this place has the reputation precedes itself. There is no room at all for doubt , the counselors and the staff in general are all super kind souls and knowledgeable about everything addiction an addicts related. Treat people like people and leave their problems;at the door no judging here. Thanks everyone
