Natasha the front end Queen is amazing. She is literally the reason I'm still there. It seems they can't have consistent quality doctors but as long as she's there, the problems that come up will get tracked down and solved. She's not the CEO and she can't fix everything but if the CEO would learn from her I believe this could be one of the great mental health places. When I go through the stress every several months of a new doctor and their copious errors on my prescriptions, she goes above and beyond to make sure that she finds a way to help me and whatever is needed to keep my balance safe. If you want to go somewhere that has a problem solver with heart and empathy then you need to come here.
