This place has changed so much the medical Assistants are not professional they gossip and don't follow hippa. The doctors are great but I will say they don't last long at this location.

Great staff get you in and out. Staff doesn’t approach you with an attitude.

I am so happy I was just trying to get a Physical for my job asap because I could not go back. I knew Access Health took my insurance. So I took the first available clinic they had over the phone. I live in the South Suburbs so I was like sure I will drive to 47th no problem. I am so glad I did. Dr. Wabomnor is awesome, I feel like he actually cares and wants to get to the problem. And I was even happier with the Staff's professionalism. Now a days this is lacking.

There is impossible to get a person on the line from the clinic. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a pre authorization. Had a tele health follow up on testing and was charged for the visit. The doctors are not consistent seem like a revolving door for doctors. Was told to wait 6 weeks for a visit to resend an authorization form. Still don’t know testing result from Dec 24. But I guess the clinic is starting to be a product of it’s environment on 47th st.

Called in needing help with something today. Staff member ✨️Veronica✨️ assisted me. The customer support was outstanding - she quickly resolved my issue with a friendly and helpful attitude. ☺️

I wish I could give 0 starts. I had a horrible experience and I felt as if I was discriminated against because people coming in after me that were the same race as the workers got called before me even though they said their appointment times were after mine. Also they told me I had to sit in the lobby to wait after I had my vitals done while they let all the other people that had came in stay in the rooms they had their vitals taken in wait in them. On top of that, the father of my child tried to come back their with me and they told him he had to stay in the lobby while I was seen while they let everyone else bring their people with them. Overall it was just a horrible experience and I’ll never come back to that location again on any circumstances.

Been going here for years since it was under the Booker hotel across from McDonalds.Doctor Izmeal If Im spelling it right was my first doctor.He was really good.Now I have Dr. Shoneye she is my family primary doctor and she is the best😊She really cares about her patients.Me and my Mom love her💖The receptionist are very good to.They always make sure I have everything I need to stay happy and healthy😊
