Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I have been coming here since 2019. VA hospitals get allot of bad rep but I have never had long waits for appointments. All the staff are polite and professional. My follow up appointments are always scheduled within reason. When ever they believe I might have a medical issue they have always been quick to recognize that and schedule tests same day or next day. Even though I live closer to the Louisville, KY hospital I will continue to choose this as my primary care facility.

Had my uncle there for a few weeks and each week he said medicine was changed, staff didn’t communicate, and being kept in the dark doesn’t do anyone good. Family had to transfer him.

Zero stars for me! This is for a friend who I have seen suffer for 5 months with severe back pain. My friend is still in pain and they set up physical therapy and has to wait another 3 months!! Since when do we have to loose our quality of life My friend cant even wipe himself after the BR. I am so so so pissed at the health care system. It makes me cry to see this hospital (VA -Martin Luther King) treat patients this way. They should be advocates for their patients and try a lot harder to help with the patients quality of life!! I myself have been treated badly due to trying to seek help with severe pain. When i seek help for severe pain , I am trying to get help for it not to get pills !! So is my friend trying to get help with his pain NOW not 1 year from now! Really!….Seriously !!Sick sick sick of this!

Only giving two stars because the ER has actually been very helpful with my issues. The rest of the hospital sucks though. I called in to have an appt scheduled, they said that they scheduled it, then went in just to be told that there was no appointment scheduled, and I needed to get a new consult put in to see the specialty provider. Thanks for nothing.

I have zero problems as a patient of the VA. Great staff that gets you in and out with no fuss.
