I had lost custody of mine now 20 month old and they put me through a psychological test and a parenting test and I passed everything with flying colors and the doctor decided to state his opinion instead of the fact that the paperwork said that I was psychologically OK so he basically tried to say yes she passed the test and it says she doesn’t have anything psychologically wrong with her but what I think is she holding back and being vague. everything wasn’t on opinion .you gotta go based off facts. The courts could tell the doctor had did something like that and I ended up getting my son back and just happy to do with children services wanted me to do this place is horrible And they try to frame you to get your kids taken if you get your kid removed legal Please do not use the services o now have had custody of my son back and if I would’ve fought these people in court my son could’ve been adopted out

Forces poor people into their program when they don’t need it, and then kick them out for them being poor and making them start over

These are the same people who are contracted through summit county jail. They do an absolute terrible job there. Look up inmate suicides and attempts. Many lawsuits against them. Personally I have had encounters with them and was totally blown off or ignored. Long story short I was an attempt statistic .I have been to other psych places and I now no the difference between good quality of care and bad. This place is bad, actually horrible.

Unorganized, is a understatement. Not an inviting environment at all. They don’t pay attention to the reason you are there. Then waisting your time and money for this place, it took a while but they did refund my money spent. ADVICE stay AWAY!!

We've all had a year to adapt and adjust to covid. Summit Psychological management team has failed it's patients on so many levels. Their doctors and counselors fail to keep online appointments. Office staff is non-existent. Calling them is useless. No calls ever returned. Yet again out of the medications they prescribed with no other options. Don't go here.

They do not follow up and call when appointments are scheduled, they do not return calls, doctors and nurses practitioners are quitting left and right. My counselor is also no longer there and I haven't been scheduled with anyone else. I'm leaving messages daily with no returned call.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the absolute most unprofessional service around. You can never get ahold of anybody, wait 5+ days to get a call back. They’ve been through over 5 doctors in a year because everyone keeps quitting. Staff is very rude, they made we wait 4 days without meds before they sent my refills. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your time here!!!

Trying to get a hold of your provider and getting a response for refills is like trying to baptize a cat...
