This place has saved my life in many ways...

No internal communication and zero liability to faults they make. Worst place I've dealt with

If I could give no stars… Really dont waste your time at this clinic. They are out to punish and debase your journey by taking away all your dignity and throwing it back in your face. Their attitude is terrible towards someone who has had a problem for 20+ years of using but thankfully was on methadone maintenance for 2 years. The only reason I went there is because they are the only people who take my insurance. She said, “ I don’t think this program is for you”… I followed up with have a nice day I’ll get out of your hair to which she replied she replied “Oh I will and good riddance” after I left. They don’t respect or even like you. I forgot how bad this place was from 2 years ago their stringent demands were an overreach by other clinics standards, and I only lasted a couple of days. I went through each process with them saying I would dose and never did. After getting up at 3 am one day and 4 am another day and driving two hours then they decided I wasn’t a good fit for them!!!!????? Other good clinics like TCTC and Rightway!!!! The doctors there are great and want you to make it don’t lose hope because of this place… I have every time

It looks as if Keetoowah methadone clinic has changed their name to Echota. Business Name changes usually happen for one reason and it's usually because their name is caught up in something bad, illegal or in this instance medicaid fraud and scandal. Wonder who turned em in for fraud and assisted with the investigation for more than a year....? That's Kharma, I just made sure it came sooner than later. Wow, these other people must have been given a free week of dosing to say how great the counselors are and how much they care about a consumers well being and success. Ask them why theyve been under investigation by the Attorney Generals Office for Medicare Fraud and be sure and ask to see the credentials of the counselors and nurses. Then you can ask about Dr. Todd Reddings criminal history. Yeah, anyone could get better treatment from the sidewalk out front. Most consumers there will tell you that the "oh so friendly staff" will treat you very different when a consumer slips and needs help getting back on track.

I thank God there was a place like this for me when i needed it most.

KCTS saved me and my wife Samantha. We were on Soonercare and I had started a new job at Becco Construction. It was impossible to make my grouos with what time I had to be at work. We wrecked our car 3 weeks vefore they kicked us out. I love the staff and everybody there. Consumers. Nurses. Even bardass dr.Redding is my homie. Just seems like when you know a family is going through such hardships ... It says its a non profit organization but they told us they dont get paid unless we make our groups. And they accept cash pay. Is that Non Profit? Because we pretty much got booted because they werent getting paid for my groups.. How is that non profit.. Its for profit. If your Cash pay you will not get kicked out for attendance.. Only sooner care so as long as they get that moneym... Dont get me wrong. I kove that place and im heartbroken i dont get to see my peeps but life goes on.

The staff and nurses are caring and superbly qualified.

KCTS is the best clinic in the area. The doctor, nurses and stuff are awesome and you can talk to them about anything you are going through and they will help you get through everything the right way. I have been a client at KCTS since they opened. I was attending another clinic for 6yrs before i moved to KTCS. It was tge Best move I have ever made. Thank you KTCS for being so good to me and helping me through some hard times in my life........
