I don’t knew what is going on with there phone calls did they disconnect ore did they block me? I went seen Dr. Chelsea last week I did all my tests and I had schedule over the phone appointment for my Test resolved and I spoke to her and she mentioned about that. My thyroid is not working well so I have to see a specialist so she said I let the office calling you. Nobody called me.i am waiting. I keep calling the same number it went directly to the voicemail. It’s no longer in service. I don’t know if they blocked me or something so the clinic has been change in the past few years. I don’t know what to do so this is not nice at all to treat the customer which I was for 18 years costumer going for all my appointments!

I have been a patient of Dr Nasreen Shah for the past 4.5 yrs Recently was diagnosed with a very serious illness The kind of care and consideration that I have received personally from Dr Shah and from each of the staff at her office is exemplary.The staff has made referrals to surgeons ,multiple different specialists ,scheduled pre op.tests etc efficiently for me over almost two month period . Dr Shah has personally stayed in touch and encouraged and supported me throughout this very difficult period which included a surgery recently . The benefit advisor at the Evanston clinic has worked with me and my insurance This team of health care individuals at this clinic are very special kind of health care professionals who put patient care as their priority .They care about their patients and are always are willing to help with a smile Right from the ladies at the front desk to the laboratory technicians and Dr Shah herself have made my difficult journey with breast cancer and several chronic illnesses manageable .I am very grateful and thankful.to have Dr Shah and her excellent staff as my health care team.I recommend them highly .
