One of the better Clinics in the Cincinnati Tri-state, They aren't in it for the money or trying to squeeze every dime they can out of you and/or your insurance. They will actually work with you, listen to you and make things happen, only issues I've seen in the 8 years I've been a patient is the counselors that come and go. Which thats an issue at any clinic I ever dosed at or been to, then theres the nurses that fill the meds. They dont come and go as much as the counselors do at this location but there is a mild turn over rate of nurses. That's whatever though but it does slow the line down in the mornings when people are getting there early when the door first gets unlocked so they can make it to work on time, Ohio allows someone to get a month take home, when they make it to that point and do what they need to do to take care of business in their road to recovery, but the point of the matter is those nurses are having to fill all those little bottles for numerous individuals that have a month take home and when those nurses that been there for a while get themselves a routine down and they are able to get you out of there in 10-15 mins, as long as your doing what your supposed to be doing in your road to recovery and you have no flags and are keeping clean urines. Then BAM!! New nurse.. And now the line is long and its taking 45 mins to a hour just to get to the dose window, Lord help you if you have a dr. Appointment that morning before you dose cause then you will be at the end of that long line after your talk with doc. But... Thats at all clinics, just the speed of the whole process sometimes is a major issue for certain individuals that are racing the clock to not be late to work. Some individuals employer absolutely can not know about their personal business inside this establishment so them being on time to work is not only crucial for that matter, also that's not good for recovery, being late to work?? Part of recovery is getting your life back to your normal and out of those old habits like.."being late to work" with it possibly being more than just a one time occurrence if your a 1st shifter and then theres the making up excuses why you was late since some employers are not educated enough on MAT treatment and if they knew or found out they would eventually find a reason to let that individual go from their payroll. The other good thing about this clinc that does compensate for the wait time is that the dosing line is not that exceptionally long here considering I been to methadone clinics that have had a line wrapped around the building at 4:30 a.m. before its even open at 5:00 a.m. with people waiting to get in and dose first thing in the morning. This one is far from that and I would recommend this clinc.

This place has helped me So much through my ups and downs , my daughter absolutely adores Angie ( a counselor up there ) who treats her and myself like a friend and with respect. From the front window with Shea and Clark to the Nurses in the back (Gordon is my guy , it’s him vs all females and he manages to be a huge help with all the things you need to follow to dose or get your drug screens etc…. I know not so long ago someone had robbed the clinic and it had a very negative impact on some of the nurses that was working as well as Ms. Cindy who was a counselor at the time . I think they have worked out how they feel about that day and continue to do so as they help patients get through the process of getting medication. They have saved peoples life’s in the parking lot who unfortunately were in need of Narcan and medical staff and all the nurses stoped everything to provide the care the person needed while the other staff get emergency services out to the parking lot immediately. This place saved my relationship with my family who love me unconditionally but I had pushed them beyond there breaking point being an addict. Even with my progress hitting speed bumps this team encouraged me to dust it off and push forward to be able to keep a loving relationship with my parents and the blessing that is my Daughter . I turned 38 today and without CMC I don’t think I would have made it to live to see this day , after I thank the lord for waking me up another day the next thing I am grateful for is the clinic because without it I wouldn’t be alive to write this or I’d be homeless, hopeless, or in prison, instead I am living a family life with people who are beyond proud of what I have accomplished since joining the clinic !!! Thank CMC again for being ROCKSTAR STATUS

I absolutely love (shar). She is the first person you see when you enter the building and I believe it's good to have a great person with a great personality and wonderful to everyone at the front. She makes it feel comfortable and inviting. That makes a big difference to people. The nurse staff is great to. My only complaint is Everytime I get a counselor I REALLY like. They end up gone.(Sarah), (Maya), (Jennifer). All left. I don't like having to get a new one every time I get comfortable.

Best decision I ever made was to come here staff and my counselor Eric are all awesome great place to come

Front window wants to train people at 530 in the morning when people need to go to work and I told them from the last 2 weeks to put me in the queue sit there a half hour for nothing was not in the queue. Now im late for work again! It will not happen again I'll leave and go elsewhere not a big deal to me!
