Located at Gallatin and Granada Avenue in Nashville, the center serves adults with mental health conditions, including personality disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, grief, postpartum depression, substance use disorder (SUD), suicidal thoughts, and co-occurring disorders. The center offers residential treatment programs, day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) to provide different levels of support. Treatment Approach Lotus Wellness uses individual therapy, group therapy, peer support, and family education to deliver structured care. These therapies support symptom management, coping skill development, relationship improvement, and daily functioning. By treating mental health conditions alongside substance use and co-occurring disorders, the center provides coordinated care designed to support recovery and wellness. Therapies and Services The center provides interpersonal and evidence-based therapies for each condition. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) supports emotional regulation and distress tolerance, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) addresses negative thought patterns, and trauma-focused CBT, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) focus on trauma, OCD, and PTSD.
