Great bedside manner very helpful and kind

Everyone was really friendly and patient:) it's rare to go to a doctors office and feel heard, this place was nice:))

I visited this location several times I found this location in the network it was much closer to the clinic on south side of the City. I have had some issues and decided I was going to go somewhere else the office manager Miss Basje’ Lewis at the Austin location spoke with me and made everything right she is professional, nice and courteous. She always seems to make my visit informative she makes herself available explains different policies and procedures and will go above and beyond to ensure you will be taken care of.

They are so nice very helpful and I love going there. The place is clean organized

The front desk lacks professionalism and empathy in person. Poor combination for a healthcare facility.

Access Health is making it extremely difficult for individuals to gain access to the COVID-19 vaccine! For two Fridays the clinic made themselves unavailable to attain the second scheduled dose of the vaccine. Why are they closed at 3pm today and my son wasted an empty trip to get his second dose? It says they’re closing at 6pm on Google today. I couldn’t get my kids second dose on time Feb. 4, 2022 simply because a Provider wasn’t coming in that day. Multiple people are inoculating people in that office and they’re discouraging people in obtaining the shot. It’s a walk-in clinic for COVID-19 vaccines. So, that’s extremely counterproductive not to make themselves available to the public. This is the Black community and we have enough health disparity issues to deal with.

Went for an appointment just to be told I needed to reschedule. They really need to get their automated system in order since my appointment was confirmed twice. I took a day off of work to come in for nothing. They said they tried calling but I received a call the same day not even an hr before my appointment and with a msg that just said to call back which I heard once I was already there since I live far away. All of this behavior is not at all considerate or professional. A last minute call when it was scheduled over a a week ago is not acceptable.
