Will be switching my PC and I suggest everyone else do unless you're actually insurance less. I've been misdiagnosed and to this day, my dr refuses to acknowledge and properly examine and discuss with me possible conditions and help. He couldn't even properly explain to me previous test results that were possibly critical to my care. I will be seeking options other than just switching pcs' and seeing what my options are legally, as this wasn't my first time not being properly examined and basically just having to self diagnose until I go back to the ER and they once again explain to me what a "previous healthcare provider missed or got wrong"

The staff at Access WESTSIDE is the best. The staff is very professional & courteous from the moment you walk in starting with the receptionist Larmetris, continuing on to the medical assistants, Keshanna, & the most important my primary care team Dr. Harmston & Dr. Reinhard. I love it here ❤️
