Didn't find reliable, neither the technology nor in responding to messages. Clinical approach was pretty typical. They're using psychiatric NP's to prescribe meds. I didn't find them to be very knowledgable. IMO this is irresponsible but I understand that insurance companies and their business partners disagree. For many people, this is all they can access. PNP I saw was "polite" and agreeable.
