The way they run their business is reprehensible. Dr. Lovett is 20+ minutes late for every appointment I have ever had with her, including completely forgetting appointments MULTIPLE times and calling me hours after the appointment. I have been charged $50 for missed appointments that SHE missed, and had to make multiple phone calls and emails to the practice manager to have it undone. I am never givwn the correct amount of medication, frequently running out 2+ weeks from my next appointment. Trying to contact their medication coordinator is quite literally impossible, they do not ever answer the phone. Medication refill requests take multiple DAYS because they do not answer the phone or work in any kind of timely fashion. In the year or so I have been obligated to work with them because no one else is taking patients, I have been forced to go cold turkey off of my antidepressants multiple times because neither the med team nor Dr. Lovett can be arsed to do their job correctly.

Saw NP Alyssa Ferland for the first time, was seeking a new psychiatric provider for the first time in years. As someone who works in healthcare, I'm appalled at the way I was treated by both Alyssa and reception. My visit lasted maybe 10 minutes in total, and began when Alyssa admitted she has no idea how to use her computer. She was using a paperback medical book for guidance. She told me completely wrong medical information (such as "ADHD has nothing to do with emotional dysregulation"), argued with me that I had never tried a certain medication until I forced her to actually LOOK at the supporting paperwork I brought in that said I have, and for the last 2-3 minutes just repeated in an exasperated tone "what do you want me to do for you?". When I called reception later on to hopefully just change providers instead of filing a complaint - I was met with hostility, invasive questions, and verbally shamed for them having to file it as a "mistreatment" (Patients are 100% allowed to choose a provider thats right for them or switch providers, whatever a "mistreatment" is, it isn't a legal issue and placing that moral burden on patients is plain manipulative). I was told they would look into a new provider and call me back, that was over a week ago and I've heard nothing. It might be a long wait elsewhere for new providers, but there's a reason this place has quick openings and now I know. Frankly, I'm worried for current patients if the poor treatment and wrong medical information I was subjected to is the norm. Edit: The "owner" finally responded to this after 3 months, probably after the slew of other bad reviews they've recieved recently, so here's my counter response. Stay salty. Instead of fixing the issues, you lie about the appointment I had to cover your behind. That's not what happened, and she knows it. Your response is also a borderline HIPPA violation, so I'm still concerned for your current patients and what they're being subjected to. Anyone reading this, don't put yourself through this BS. Clearly, I'm far from the only one getting treated like crap by Advanced Psych. I now go to Boston Neurobehavioral Associates where I'm heard, respected, and given the EXACT medication I apparently "wanted but didn't need", and I already feel better and am making more progress than I have in years.

Amazing provider who listens and cares. Extremely difficult to get ahold of the front desk via phone and or email. After hours provider is absolutely rude and impatient! *Updated 08/25* They have attempted to make some changes and I will give them credit for that! Alana at the front desk is patient and respectful! Dr. Lovett is compassionate and goes out of her way to make sure I get the care I need for my mental health,

I'm very happy for the care they offer and provide for me and, also my OG-" DR G"! is a Man of The Lord 🙏, and he's help guide me to be found when I was very lost due to a traumatic brain 🤕🩸. Happy to be blessed to have met him and his abundance 🙏. p.s the Reception staff are very friendly, helpful and 😍❤️

I have Alyssa F. For my psychiatrist. She listens, she shares good advice, and she never decides for yoy how to proceed. Im very happy i found her!

Alyssa Ferland is such an angel. Worked with me through very difficult times and helped manage my symptoms better than anyone has. A year and a half later, I feel like a complete different person. She is great and really cares about her patients. Also, everyone has always been very kind and understanding there. I highly recommend her and Advanced Psych Services!

this place is absolutely horrible .they make you wait, don't do what they say there gonna do it's a hassel every single month it's ridiculous. would not recommend what so ever !
