I have always found the people that work at Advent Health to be kind, personable, and helpful. I wasn't kept waiting and the technician that did my pulmonary testing was very patient, helpful and informative.

The day of my shoulder surgery went ok! The ladies at outpatient center were extremely helpful and nice even the nurse that called me back was really nice but she did tell us that they were short hand like I could do any about that! I would never tell a patient that we were short handed! That made me extremely nervous and uncomfortable to be there having surgery! They Rest rushed me out of outpatient before I was totally awake and I didn’t appreciate that cause I didn’t remember what anything she told me and then she told my mom and my aunt and uncle go that I didn’t have to see the doctor in three days and not to take off the bandage until I saw the doctor and Dr. Jones was like I should’ve had that off in three days. He didn’t call me, but I felt like I was being scolded, but I really really liked Dr. Jones. He’s just like a family member so I don’t think I will ever have any other surgeries in a surgical center again because I didn’t feel like I was treated with respect I was rushed in and out in a hurry and I don’t appreciate it. I’m stuck in the days on what happened but the people in OR were tremendous. They helped me get over on the operating table and I appreciate that and Dr. Jones Richard Jones is the best Orthopedic Surgeon there is in North Carolina. Thank you Dr. Jones. Thank you Dr. Jones for doing my right shoulder surgery. You’re the best. if I have any other surgery, it will be at the hospital not in a surgical center where at the hospital they don’t push you out the door before you’re awake and they give you a Jell-O where this place only gave you crackers that I was allergic to I didn’t appreciate that.I felt like I was being pushed out of outpatient surgery center before I was totally woke and knew what I was supposed to be doing! When then nurse helped me in the car she did not help me with my seatbelt or even offer to help me! I could not use my right arm out all and the nurse new I could not use my right arm because I just had right shoulder surgery!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
