I strongly urge anyone considering ATMC to reconsider. I stayed for just four days and was charged a staggering $17,000—$4,250 per night. The refund process for the remainder of my tens of thousands of dollars was a nightmare: delayed, fragmented, and incredibly frustrating. They don’t accept debit or credit cards, which I believe is intentional—likely to prevent customers from disputing charges once they realize the promises made are not fulfilled. From the beginning, I was assured that the staff understood my situation, had successfully helped others like me, and could help me too. None of that proved to be true. In fact, the environment immediately worsened my condition. The staff told me exactly what I wanted to hear during the intake process, offering false hope, only to fall short when it came to providing real, meaningful care. By the time I left, I was taking twice the amount of medication I had hoped to taper off. Six months later, I’m still on more medication than before I arrived. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. In hindsight, I would have been better off doing this alone. Do not be lured in by warm personalities or comforting promises. ATMC was a costly detour that left me worse off and thousands of dollars poorer than when I began.

No idea what they talking about. Randomly gives out same supplement protocol to everyone. Doesn’t know how protracted withdrawal works. Old and drab facilities. Out of network will rob you dry. $70k for a shared room for their “60 day program.” Said it wouldn’t matter at what dosage I came in at on my meds because of the power of nutrition and supplements which shows their lack of knowledge when it comes to benzo withdrawal. No licensed doctors . Rude on the phone, won’t allow you to speak. Condescending. What a joke.

This place is drab and run down, full of cockroach AND spiders ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN. There house keeping staff is rude and John is just the worst program manager you'll ever meet, he has no degrees just his own experience there is is only one doctor everyone else is a non behavioral nurse or less. 65000n is way too much for supplementation and a sauna

Staff here is empathetic and caring, The living situation is good but private rooms are better. The food is very healthy although a lot of it is vegetarian. You get weekly grocery shop trips for snacks. They allow you to smoke, vapes or cigarettes. They go on weekly hikes, have groups from sound healing, to aa. John the program manager is a truly blessed person, he is nothing but compassionate. If you're looking for somewhere to taper your medicine, this facility is the perfect place located in beautiful Sedona.
