One word, nightmare..I came to this facility Wednesday, 7/3/24 at 9 pm.Tammy and Kim I think that did my intake was awesome and made me feel at home.Great group of ‘patients’ from all walks of life met some great people72 hrs in.First dose of suboxone(PLEASE NOTE IF YOU WAIT AFTER 72 HOURS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU SUBOXONE U HAVE TO TAKE PRIOR TO 72 HRS) scared of precipitated withdrawals & was told no way would I but never can truly tell- my hellish experience starts(PLEASE NOTE THEY NEED TO REALLY DO MORE RESEARCH ON FENT AND CHANGE THE 72 HOUR RULE! AND GIVE YOU MORE THAN 4MG WHEN YOUR IN PRECIP TO SATURATE THE RECEPTORS AND GET YOU OUT OF PRECIP 16 MG IF NEEDED Sat.Morning & getting sicker by the min. Evening comes &Vomiting profusely-never was offered a cold rag so I asked my roomate Bailey for one,she was great, she cared for me more than anyone else.I had snot and vomit all over me and just left in the bed to suffer not one of the staff asked me if I needed anything pulled my hair back or said to themselves this girl is laying in vomit let me HELP HER!.long story short, all night long I’m vomiting & laying In my own puke not once did a nurse or anyone offer to help me,I woke up Bailey and asked her to get me some ice chips as I was feeling extremely dehydrated remaining of long night blonde lady nurse with fake lashes comes in and says vitals are fine so guess I’m fine because that was all I saw of anyone and I was VIOLENTLY vomiting at this point and was told by the young black light skinned tech who did the vitals that if I’m going to throw up do it in the trash can mind you this is the same one that once I had had enough and felt I could no longer take it anymore and decided I’d be better off at home because I was not being cared for,she told me I had to clean up my puke before I went anywhere then she said you also need to get your clothes and start packing as well and just being very hateful. When I asked for her name she told me I had to wait because she was busy doing my release and would not tell me her name. The bleach blond nurse wouldn’t even tell me her name I felt like they were a gang just being cruel. No one corrected the other.I felt so horrible and there was not one ounce of compassion from this particular third shift crew. Also i brought in my blood pressure meds and not once was I given them nor were they returned to me.By now it’s sunday morning and I’m being told that Rebecca the lady who had the keys for safe who doesn’t live far at all from there said she was not coming there to give me my keys I can understand hindsight driving myself would not have been the best option but I was on my own. Please do your research this place is not good for someone who is very sick you will lay there for 6-8 hours with no help not even a cold rag.I am still shocked at how poorly I was treated. Now Scott who gave out the meds did try & help me but the small amount he could do just was not enough. My bed sheets were finally changed when the morningshift came in. They actually cared but I think Connie was the name of that young black tech, not the older black one but the younger one.She was awful. No compassion, just acted very mean to me because I wanted to leave as I was suffering.I raised my voice one time because I was in disbelief but as sick as I was I tried to remain calm. This is no place for anyone who actually gets sick. Please take heed to what I’m saying. There was also a lot of false information given to my bf and he was called when I left and Rebecca told him that if I had left in my car they would have called the cops on me.just another added bonus that I just found out about. There was so much “wrong” in my experience that I would be heartless to ever recommend this place. The patients will take care of you more than the staff.Another thing is I laid there while the music outside was blasting here I am sick and couldn’t even rest as my room was right beside the smoke area. Please search around🙏🏻 lastly Taylor told me prior to coming that phones wouldn’t be taken this was NOT TRUE.
