Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I wouldn't bring my worst enemy to this place. They didn't give my family member food or water for three days.

Possibly dangerous and possibly negligent place of medical practice. Go with caution as they seem to lack scruples and might harm you.

I told them I couldnt take ibuprofen cause I'm trying to have a baby. They gave me ibuprofen at the ER but lied and told me it was Tylenol but put that they gave me ibuprofen on my discharge papers. And also prescribed me ibuprofen. They are not a good hospital

wish i could give a negative star. i went in for an abscess in my tooth, in terrible pain and swollen like a balloon. all i needed was antibiotics and i waited for 3 1/2 hours just to talk to a nurse. not only that, but had 0 privacy what so ever with just half a curtain covering my “room”. i heard everything about the patient next to me, her name, her birthday, and what procedure she was getting done. i knew i was next sometime soon so i decided to leave. i didn’t want my information out there for everyone. completely illegal, unprofessional, and embarrassing. wish i could get the law involved, but im too lazy, yall lucked out on that one.

This is the worst hospital in upstate New York they sent my fiancé home to die there was no care or compassion from these people the nurse ripped the IV out his arm aggressively they said they didn’t see anything wrong with him and sent him home with a inhaler we went to Crouse the next day and he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia and was hospitalized for three days I don’t recommend this hospital to anyone their nothing but a joke

Very unimpressed. No help whatsoever for a fingernail torn halfway off the nail bed. They did not clean it or disinfect it, nor put a real splint on to stabilize the finger and it ended up getting more injured later on that night. If you want absolutely no real help whatsoever, this is your place!
