They did all they could to sweep my daughters incident and abuse there under the rug. She was attacked and jumped by 3 other female patients. Discharged last Monday. They have done nothing but hinder me from getting it reported. It happened on 7-24-25 and I was told by Austin state police department that the hospital should report it. They never did. They asked me if I wanted to press charges and I said yes. Ive received nothing but the run around. This shouldnt be allowed to happen and then get swept under the rug.

I wouldn't trust my child to be treated there! A couple of the RNs are abusive and cruel, but that's only my opinion With that said I'm utilizing my first amendment

Mental health is very complex and the process can be very confusing. It's very helpful for everyone to be compassionate towards those that struggle. You would be surprised of all the stories that I've heard of. We can do better and I hope that this place continues to do so
